Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Malasaña, Centro

Javier’s place is lovely - cosy but we felt plenty of space for the four of us to be comfortable for a couple of nights. It had everything we needed and was in a wonderful location - right in the heart of Malasaña! And Javier was lovely to communicate with and very flexible with our arrival and departure time. Would definitely stay again!

Enrique fue un gran anfitrión. Fui por una sola noche y estuvimos poco en el apartamento pero realmente estaba impecable y muy bien ubicado a metros de plaza mayor. Fue muy sencillo comunicarnos con Enrique en todo momento.

The place is in a great location in La Latina. It can be a bit loud but the window is sound proofed and relieves a lot of sound from the apartment. That being said, it can be a bit noisy at times but it didn’t bother us that much. The apartment is a great value and we were quite happy with the price. We didn’t need anything fancy and it was comfortable enough. I would suggest a few more towels and a Master topper to make the bed more comfortable. But overall, considering the price this was 5 stars. The communication was excellent and we always had what we needed. Would stay again for sure.

Muy cómodo el lugar y muy accesibles los dueños del lugar

Arman es un anfitrión encantador. Super servicial, me orientó en qué hacer en la zona y me ayudó a reservar mi taxi para la salida. El apto es precioso, espacioso, lleno de arte y detalles. El barrio La Latina está lleno de vida y cafés! Mucha actividad, con la ventaja de estar en una calle super tranquila, lo mejor de dos mundos. A 8 min andando de la estación de metro. Muy satisfecha.

My stay at Oscar's place was lovely. Oscar had a little delay for the check-in but was very accommodating despite this. The area is amazing, you're next to a very lively neighbourhood but the flat is tucked away in a quiet street where it's super quiet to relax. The highlight of the place is the lovely balcony where you can have a coffee or drink in the sun!

This is the best apartment we have stayed at in Madrid. Two bedrooms, two baths in Madrid!! It is super-spacious, great kitchen, very nice terraces, comfortable beds, very close to metro station, lots of great restaurants very close. Felipe and Pilar explained every thing, and they were always very professional. Lavapiés is a very cool neighborhood. This wil be our apartment in Madrid from now on!

We stayed at Hectors place during the weekend and we really enjoyed it ☺️ We will book this place again next time we’re in Madrid! Highly recommended

Piso pequeño, pero con lo necesario. Rossy muy maja y atenta, pero si no llegamos a hablarle mi amiga y yo, no sé cuándo nos habría hablado ella para quedar para la entrega de llaves. Por lo demás, todo muy limpio y muy bien.

Una mujer muy agradable y sin ningún tipo de problema, un piso muy apañado con todo lo que necesitábamos

El piso es increíblemente cómodo y equipado. Pet friendly. A 10 min del aeropuerto y a 30 min del centro en bus. Destaco la comodidad de las camas y del sillón, que en nuestro caso que eramos 3 ( y mi gato) también lo usamos para dormir. También destaco la calefacción central, estuvimos calentitos en todo momento (llegamos justo en la transición primaveral y estaba fresco afuera). Incluso tiene piso flotante. Respecto al baño es pequeño pero bien distribuido. Incluso tiene bidet yl a ducha es maravillosa!!! lo más, sale con muy buena preción de agua y temperatura caliente todo el rato. La cocina completamente equipada, teníamos horno, lavadora, lavavajillas. Un lujo. Los anfitriones Denisse y Fernando siempre atentos a todos nuestros requerimientos. Estuvieron en el horario de llegada y nos facilitaron más ropa de cama y otro juego de llaves. Recomendamos fervientemente este alojamiento. Super comodidad garantizad

local a 25 min do centro. casa super arrumada, boa tv, bons colchões. Juan foi sempre muito simpático e prestável. Recomendo bastante 👌

We really enjoyed our stay at Carmen's place. It was conveniently located near a variety of shops and restaurants, plus easily walkable to access public transportation. The space was clean and inviting, and Carmen was very responsive to any questions that we had.

Spędziliśmy dwa wspaniałe dni w tym domu podróżując w dwie rodziny (6 osób). Dom jest dokładnie taki jak na zdjęciach - przestronny, niezwykle czysty i świetnie utrzymany. Lokalizacja jest idealna - cicha i spokojna okolica, a jednocześnie blisko stacji metra, co ułatwia zwiedzanie Madrytu. Duży plus za miejsce parkingowe bezpośrednio przed domem! Kuchnia i łazienki są dobrze wyposażone, a każda sypialnia ma klimatyzację. W okolicy znajduje się rewelacyjna restauracja, gdzie zjedliśmy jedne z najlepszych hamburgerów w życiu. Komunikacja z gospodarzem przebiegała sprawnie przez aplikację Airbnb. Wszystko było dokładnie opisane i nie mieliśmy żadnych problemów z zameldowaniem czy wymeldowaniem. Jedynym drobnym minusem jest brak większego stołu (obecny jest tylko dla 2 osób), co utrudnia wspólne posiłki przy większej grupie. Poza tymi szczegółami, nasz pobyt był doskonały. Z pewnością polecam to miejsce innym podróżującym w grupie. Okolica dość specyficzna ale w sumie było bezpiecznie.

El alojamiento es y tal y como aparece en las fotos. Es pequeño pero funcional, es perfecto para dos personas. La ubicación de la casa es estupenda, ya que tiene estaciones de bus y metro muy cernas. También hay bastantes supermercados, restaurantes, panaderías, etc. El barrio es tranquilo y seguro, por las noches no se oye ningún ruido. Fueron muy flexibles con la hora de llegada y eso para nosotros fue estupendo. Fueron muy amables en todo momento y nos dejaron el apartamento limpio, ordenado, con geles para la ducha, etc.

Pino’s place was great for the week my partner and I stayed in Madrid! It has an amazing location so you can walk to everything. There is an elevator which made it easy to move the luggage up and down. The wifi was fantastic, my partner had to work a bit so that made it super easy. The apartment had everything we needed, and Pino even left us a bottle of wine and some snacks! Pino was also very flexible with our check in as we arrived early in the day which was very appreciated! One thing I will mention is that it was loud at night during the holiday we happened to be there for (Constitution Day) but was quiet the rest of the week. It didn’t bother us too much as we had ear plugs! We highly recommend staying here!

La casa estaba impecable, el trato muy bueno, nos dejaron cafe, colacao y esenciales de una casa. La única pega es que se encuentra alejado de la ciudad y con el calor el cercanías o bus iba muy lleno, nos hemos apañado con taxis y ubers pero bien, el alojamiento es como en las fotos.

Hermoso departamento, muy bien equipado. La zona es muy tranquila pero muy bien conectada con el transporte público. Mirelis fue muy amable en la bienvenida y pude ingresar más temprano, lo cual me vino muy bien. El departamento está muy bien equipado con televisión, aire acondicionado en dos ambientes y una cocina y baño muy completo. Lo recomiendo y volvería a elegirlo! Gracias por todo!

El apartamento es pequeño pero espacioso y muy luminoso. Todo reformado, limpio y muy cómodo, con zona común. No está especialmente cerca del centro pero era la zona que buscaba. Oscar en todo momento fue muy atento y amable. Muy recomendable!

Great spot to stay. I stayed for a month and found Santiago’s place to be a perfect home base for my time in Spain. The space is small but fully equipped and it’s in a vibrant spot in the city. Trains and supermarkets and pharmacies all super easily accessible. Santiago was super responsive with any questions. The loft sleeping arrangement worked for me but it can get hot up there and the stairs up probably aren’t for everyone.

Lara is one of the nicests persons you will every meet. my Spanish is rubbish but she still made an effort to understand me and help me practice my Spanish. she speaks English very well. Lara is extremely helpful finding a good restaurant or the right market place, she helped me with some planning to travel through the city. I can definitely recommend a stay at Lara her place, the location is second to none with everything in either walking distance or a short trip with the metro. gracia a ti Lara 🙏🏼🇪🇸

Excelente experiencia Esta fue mi primera vez usando Airbnb y no podría haber sido mejor. Tiago fue un anfitrión impecable desde el primer momento. Reservé con mucha anticipación desde Uruguay, y todo fue tal como lo prometía la publicación. El apartamento está ubicado en pleno Chueca, una zona ideal para conocer Madrid: segura, vibrante, con todo cerca, y perfecta para moverse caminando o en transporte público. El apartamento es muy silencioso, limpio y cómodo; se nota el cuidado en cada detalle. Además súper luminoso Sin dudas, el año que viene volveré a reservar con Tiago. Lo recomiendo 100%.
