Located in the small hamlet of Latga, in the heart of the Planèze in the green Cantal department, just 15 km from Saint-Flour and the A75 motorway, our cottage will be your ideal place to cross the many beautiful paths of the surrounding area. 30 minutes from the resort of Lioran/35 minutes from Chaudes-Aigues and its thermal and recreational centre/30 minutes from the Garabit Viaduct/1 hour from Clermont-Fd/2 hours from Rodez and Soulages museum

This spacious barn, tastefully renovated, will enchant you with its location in the heart of nature, in a preserved setting. The 28 m² terrace offers a unique panorama of the forest, you are lulled by the sound of the stream below. No TV here, but books. Every detail has been carefully thought out, everything has been carefully selected. This 112 m² accommodation, fully equipped, with 2 double bedrooms, a large living room with insert, a beautiful garden, is a place where time is suspended. Not overlooked.

Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Situé au cœur du parc régional des volcans d’Auvergne et de la vallée de Brezons ( plus belle vallée en auge d’Europe) Vous pourrez pratiquer le ski de piste ou le ski de fond ainsi que la randonnée. Des lacs artificiels à 20kms vous offrirons des plages aménagées pour la baignade. Le gîte, maison des années 1800, en pierre garde sa fraîcheur toute l’été. Le gîte possède désormais une piscine commune aux 2 gîtes. La piscine sera disponible à partir du mois de mai jusqu'au mois d'octobre

Located 10 km from Chaudes-Aigues, near the Château du Couffour and the Garabit Viaduct, it is a haven of peace ideal for an authentic getaway in Cantal.

Fully renovated gîte in the beautiful Brezons Valley. Stone single-family home by the stream in a green setting guarantees you peace and quiet. Hunting and fishing enthusiasts will be delighted by the region and for hikers you can visit beautiful waterfalls and take superb walks. Linens and towels are not provided. We rent by the week during school holidays and a minimum of 2 nights off season.

Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station. Area of 110 m2 with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms (one of which opens onto the mezzanine) with double beds. Terrace, garage, 3500 m2 lot.
