This accommodation is in all respects consistent with the description and photos. It is new, very clean, very quiet and really very well located. The city center and restaurants are nearby, there is no need to take your car. We would recommend this listing for a stay in Brive.

Mr. Harrati, the building's caretaker, was very responsive and friendly. Luc and Flavie gave very precise instructions, even adding a link to see the nearby activities. The apartment is very welcoming, although it still lacks some basic items in the kitchen. The stay was no less pleasant, and I highly recommend this apartment, which also has excellent bedding.

Fabulous accommodation in the very heart of Sarlat, just steps from the Cathedral and central square. Accommodation was very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, with free parking easy to access. Via a short walk. We stayed at Frederic’s place for a week. The central location allowed us to travel easily to many of the highlights in the area returning in the evening to this delightful apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our experience and would highly recommend choosing this Air B if visiting the Dordogne region.

Very cute Airbnb! Such a charming place with everything you need. The bed was super comfortable and it was so quiet at night, even on Friday and Saturday with the bedroom window open. It was very hot when we stayed there but there is a fan in the bedroom and the windows helped cool the place down at night. Perfect location and such a beautiful place to stay!

Stephanie accommodated a late check out which was greatly appreciated. We would stay here again. Stephanie was very understanding and helpful.

Once the keys were found (key box hanging on a window at the back accessible by a staircase in the adjacent street and not on the door of the building), everything was compliant and impeccable. Functional, clean apartment, with well-closed shutters and double glazing to prevent heat from entering (37 during the day), quiet (music festival not annoying). I recommend it.

From the moment we arrived, Sandrine and Patrick made us feel very much at home in their attractive gite. We enjoyed relaxing peacefully by the stream that runs through the beautiful garden. The location is perfect for walks in the surrounding countryside and trips by car to nearby medieval villages. Highly recommended.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. We were met by Laurent's colleague who showed us how to lock the door from the inside. We didn't realize that locking the door from the outside (and unlocking it) would be such a challenge. But Laurent and his wife were readily available both times we needed instructions. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. In addition to the Nespresso, we appreciated the electric coffee maker with filters provided so we could make a pot of coffee. What stood out- 2 towels plus face cloth per person, the terrace, and a typewritten booklet by the owner with specific info in French and English about the apartment and area. Highly recommend this apartment and we would definitely stay again!

Beautiful apartment, very pleasant with beautiful volumes and nice decoration; it is very well matched with all the household and video equipment. Air conditioning very appreciated during our stay at temperatures exceeding 34 degrees. Located 10 minutes' walk from the city center, in a quiet street We had a great time there.

The apartment was 10 min walk straight down the hill into the heart of this enchanting medieval town (the hill is very steep if you have accessibility issues). We had a lovely time at this place. True to description and photos. We lost a necklace on the way out and they were kind enough to find it and send it to us by post! I highly recommend this accommodation for the professionalism that accompanies it!

Very nice little studio, well arranged and equipped. The place was clean, tidy. The jacuzzi is very nice, you feel good in this accommodation, I highly recommend it for a stop in Brive!

We took a break at Jérémy and Cédric's during our road trip with my spouse, our daughter and our two dogs... and what a break! 😍 Upon our arrival, we were greeted with incredible kindness. Jérémy and Cédric are exceptional, warm and caring hosts. (Just like with their three adorable dogs) The accommodation is impeccable and you immediately feel at home. Between the pool, the jacuzzi, the relaxing setting, and even a small aperitif shared in the evening, everything was there for a perfect moment. Again, thank you for this beautiful break.
