Holiday rentals in Malimbada Junction

We came in a group of 4 friends. Never seen such spacious villa. Comes with 3 bedrooms (two located on top and one at the ground floor). Spiral Staircase might be difficult for elderly. First thing that I must praise is the housekeeper, his name is Lakshan and he’s the most attentive boy ever. He’s always ready to assist. He helps to cook and reheat too. Theres ample of place for us to chill. From the living hall to the kitchen to the outdoor seats we basically fully utilized the space. The only downside is that it’s a little far from the Main Street coz the small lane seems quiet at night but it’s convenient to order food via apps so we never had to walk out. By the way; we arent pet lovers but the two doggies are sooooooooo well behaved.

We were a group of 4 friends and had booked the entire Ventana Mirissa property — and it turned out to be an absolutely amazing experience! The villa was neat, clean, and very well-maintained. The highlight of our stay was definitely the private pool, which was just perfect for relaxing and hanging out together. A special mention goes to Maleesh, the property caretaker. He was incredibly helpful, polite, and always available whenever we needed anything — whether it was guiding us with local tips, or simply making sure we were comfortable. The villa also has proper parking space within the property, which made things really convenient for us as we had our own vehicle. Overall, Ventana Mirissa exceeded our expectations — peaceful location, great hospitality, and a beautiful space that felt like home. Highly recommended!

Pavithri & Rajitha were great host. They took care of all our needs. The house was beautifully decorated and very neat & clean. Kitchen was with all amenities as described. The surroundings was very serene and beautiful. The best part was they invited us for lovely dinner on day at their home. Great friendly host. Highly recommended.

My partner and I stayed here for 2 weeks as we wanted a relaxing holiday to South Sri Lanka. We were very pleased with our stay. The apartment is in a fabulous location making it very easy to walk to breakfast/dinner and beach front bars in the evening. La belle on the doorstep of the place is great for sunset. Gianluca is a super friendly host, was very helpful, always responding quickly, he also arranged a bike for us for our stay which was very helpful. The apartment was cleaned regularly & we were provided with fresh shower & beach towels. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a great time at Tea House Villa. The place is very nice, in the middle on a jungle. The only downside is the way to get there is not very easy. You need a local driver to take you there - it's not very easy to get groceries or food. You need to plan this ahead. Other than that - the villa is very spacious and the pool was refreshing.

We just returned from the most unforgettable stay at this stunning private villa in the south of Sri Lanka, and we’re still floating from the experience! We were 3 families with 6 young kids (ages 3 to 8), and this place was pure paradise for all of us. From the moment we booked, the host Sophie was an absolute gem—warm, welcoming, incredibly responsive, and full of helpful tips to make our stay extra smooth. The villa itself? Breathtaking. Think lush gardens, open tropical spaces, beautifully designed rooms, and a serene vibe that instantly makes you feel relaxed and at home. It was spacious enough for our group to feel comfortable and connected, with plenty of areas for the kids to explore and the adults to unwind. And the staff! So friendly, so kind, and so attentive. But the real star of the show was Dias, the private chef, who absolutely blew us away with his who absolutely blew us away with his cooking. If you’re thinking of staying here—do it. This place is magic.
