You'll enjoy your stay in the private detached guesthouse which resides on the front half of our horse acre property. You'll be greeted by a lovely manicured yard with mature rhodies, azaleas & stunning Magnolias that bloom each spring. The covered patio entrance will lead you to the private side entrance door to the stairs that take you to the second level studio apartment where upon entry the full kitchen, regulation pool table and 8 foot drop down projector TV will greet and entertain you!

This 1 bedroom waterfront home features Mountain views and access to the water for seasonal fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming or just lounging.
