Lakefront Cabin is 30ft. from the seawall, has a pedal boat to use if desired, EV Charger, level 2 available, bring life jackets (lake is lowered in the winter, can’t use pedal boat or fish).Cabin has 2 bedrooms with kings, 2 baths (one with tub/shower and the other walk in shower), washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, 2 electric fireplaces, firepit outside, picnic table, patio table, charcoal grill and a swing close to the lake. We have many return guests that call cabin "A LITTLE PARADISE”

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and walk back up to the parking spot which is under a carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 3 feet, there will still be water in my cove .

Our home is a level lot just feet from Balboa Lake, the largest lake in the village. The Village has eight well maintained golf courses and several lakes. We are surrounded by trees which turn magnificent colors in the fall. We are on paved roads and you will have no trouble accessing us. There is a great tennis facility with 12 clay courts and pickle ball courts are also available. The beach area is near us.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is isolated enough to have privacy and a relaxing environment but convenient to everything we needed in Hot Springs. We didn't have any problems or need anything but Marci was great about checking to see if everything was ok and making sure we got settled in. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything about the stay was great! Couples or smaller families alike will have lots to do right on the property! I do recommend screen saving your entrance information and Wi-Fi information beforehand because signal can be pretty bad depending on your service provider otherwise awesome 👌

Alex and Susan were incredible! I planned a surprise trip for my husband and we picked their Airbnb and it was worth every penny! They were great hosts and very knowledgeable and attentive, gave us some great recommendations and a beautiful place to enjoy for the weekend. It was so nice to cuddle up and watch the sunset and the sunrise over the lake. Would absolutely book here again. Side note- Make sure if you order any food deliveries to tell them to go to the west gate so they don’t accidentally drive to the wrong entrance!

The house was excellent and priced very well compared to others in the area including hotels! Plenty big enough for two adults and tucked away off the main road, but still close to all kinds of activities. Andre communicated excellent before my trip and while on the trip and was quick with his responses. Next trip up that way, I know where I’ll be staying. (Haven’t saw many other places offer complimentary snacks/drinks while vacationing like this and the gift that was left on the porch the last night of the stay was very appreciated so thank you Andre for going above and beyond)
