For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Large apartment in the north of Munich

My apartment is located in Karlsfeld in the north of Munich. It is very nice and is equipped with Internet Wi-Fi. It is absolutely quiet, in very good surroundings, on the 2nd floor, without an elevator. Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, restaurants, cafes, beer garden, pizzeria, McDonald's, tennis court, swimming lake within walking distance. Good parking options. Bus: 100 m (10 min ride to the S-Bahn) S-Bahn train: in 20 minutes in the center of Munich.

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

Im Winter gibt es kein fließend Wasser!!Es steht ein Wasserkanister bereit. Bitte beachten! Im Häuschen nebenan befindet sich die Trockentoilette und Infrarotkabine.

Our vacation home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architect house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. On the roof terrace there is a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open space kitchen. For relaxation, there is an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
