Holiday rentals with beach access in Managua

Alejandro’s place was fantastic—my family and I felt right at home. It’s located in the main building, just a short walk from the pool, restaurant, and beach, which made everything super convenient.

Todo muy bien! Apartamento en un 3er piso con vista al mar, fue hermoso. Limpio, organizado, cómodo con una terraza pequeña y linda para pasar el rato si no querías estar en el restaurante o piscina. 10/10

We had a great time in Gran Pacifica. I think the host should be a super host. We really felt like home. The unit is very spacious. Much-needed space if you have kids. The resort amenities are also great. We will definitely schedule another stay soon.

Es la segunda vez que visitamos este apartamento, nos gusta muchísimo, es súper cerca de Managua, la piscina está a pasos de la casa al igual que el mar! Es perfecto para ir en familia y con niños pequeños! Definitivamente volveríamos 🤗

Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa en la casa. Don Noel fue un excelente anfitrión: siempre atento, amable y dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo momento. La comunicación fue muy fluida y nos hizo sentir bienvenidos desde el primer momento. La casa estaba limpia y bien equipada. ¡Súper recomendado! Nos encantaría volver.

The home of as beautiful, everything was exactly as described. The groundskeeper was very kind and she was always ensuring we were ok and checking in to see if we needed anything. Honestly, I will book again!

Gabriela es muy responsable, siempre responde los mensajes inmediatamente. La casa es muy linda y acogedora. Lo único que cambiaría es el consumo de luz, creo que eso debería de estar incluido en el precio! Las tortugas sin duda son un toque demasiado especial.

Mi familia y yo disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estadía en esta casa. El alojamiento super lindo, amplio, cómodo, limpio y con una vista increíble. La zona muy segura y tranquila. Carol es una excelente anfitriona, desde el momento de la reservación hasta finalizar nuestra estadía muy atenta, amistosa y siempre contesta casi de inmediato. Sin duda volveremos!!

You are paying for the location. The location and the size of the property cannot be beat. There’s plenty of room for kids to run around. It is clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen had a new sponge which hasn’t been the case at other Airbnbs. And the pool is quite nice! It would be nice if there were a few more kitchen amenities like lids for the pots and seasonings. It would also be nice if the trash in the yard was picked up in case there are children running around barefoot. There were some pop tops/bottle tops. But you cannot beat how close it is to the water. It felt like a private resort.

Accommodations were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach. The housekeepers (Carlos and Juana) are always available if you need anything. We ran out of water, and Carlos went to the store and got us more in only a few minutes. Juana is a very good cook as well, and Carlos will pick up the ingredients if you want a particular dish. Ronaldo is always available and responds quickly. Ronaldo put us in contact with a driver who picked us up from the airport etc. I would not drive unless you’re a real adventure seeker. Use a driver for sure. Roberto was an excellent driver, and I always felt safe, but be prepared to speak Spanish here or use Google translate. The view of the beach is a million dollars. Simply incredible. The house and surroundings are super chill. We always felt safe too. I walked to town on several occasions, and I never felt threatened or uneasy. I even had people ask me if I needed help. Nicas are a very kind people. Overall, don’t hesitate to book here.

Amamos la estadia en la casa, un espacio super tranquilo, lleno de naturaleza, amamos la vista del campo de golf y al fondo el mar. La pisicina es deliciosa y grande, cocina super equipada. Las fotos corresponden con la casa.

Nuestra estadía fue fabulosa, todo fue muy fácil, el condo muy limpio y agradable… disfrutamos muchísimo. El entorno súper acogedor, vista única del mar y el atardecer 🌅. El lugar cuenta con excelentes amenidades así como el respeto a horarios para descansar. Súper recomendado 😌.

Jeremy’s place was exceptional! If you are thinking about booking this please don’t hesitate! Amazing view and an amazing staff looking after you!!! Just book it, you won’t regret it.

Posición privilegiada, frente al mar y la piscina y restaurante del condominio a un lado, amplio departamento y los pasillos exteriores fenomenales formando una ele, se encuentra en el tercer piso ; pero no fue problema pues usamos el ascensor. Nos encantó a todos Especial para disfrutar la puesta de sol .

Estadia muy buena , la atención por parte de Maynor y Jeremy fueron excelentes siempre pendientes de cualquier consulta. El lugar es tal y como se describe. Lo único es que creo que el colchón del sofá cama ya necesita cambio es bastante incomodo para dormir. muchas gracias por todo.

Loved it! Great corner unit with wrap around porch and looks out over the end of the resort - everything was spot on!
