Alexandra is a wonderful host. She is very responsive and helpful. Her place is just as described, very convenient with the added bonus of parking directly at the entrance to the condo. The mattress is excellent!

we have stayed at Shorewalk several times while down visiting the grandson's. We really liked this spacious floor plan and proximity to the pool. Hannah and Helen were very helpful and responsive to messages.

Our stay was seamless! The location of the apartment was in walking distance to all there is to do in Sarasota, and having parking included meant we could explore beyond Sarasota to the other local areas. The apartment was comfortable and everything was clean. When we go back we’d definitely stay here again!

They provide everything one might need or want in a physical sense, as well as a special ambience of peace and comfort and hospitality. I highly recommend anyone who wishes to stay in that area to experience their lovely apartment!!

Place was perfect for our little family. Only 15 min to multiple beaches. Plenty of options to go out to eat or even stay in and cook.

When I saw this new listing, I hesitated—no reviews and almost too-perfect photos. But the owners quickly answered my questions, were responsive, and I’m so glad we booked. The home is exactly as pictured: spotless, spacious, beautifully designed. The pool area is a dream—plenty of space for our group of 11 (with 4 kids), with waterfall features, a sauna, and even a sandy play area. The movie room and golf simulator were a hit too! Beds are comfy, rooms are big and inviting, Wi-Fi is great. Peaceful, safe neighborhood with tons of privacy. Carter and Naomi were responsive and kind to any concerns we had, and took care of everything. Amazing hosts. This home is a gem.

This is probably the best house you could stay in! We absolutely loved everything about it, the house is spotlessly clean and incredibly well-equipped, the beds are super comfy, and the view from the pool is simply breathtaking. The location is also perfect: less than 5 minutes to the grocery store, 10 minutes to restaurants and shopping, and about 30 minutes to some of Florida’s most beautiful beaches. A big plus was the pool service, they even left a note detailing what they had done and how long we should wait before using the pool again. Mergim was extremely supportive, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. Thank you so much for having us, we truly enjoyed every moment at this beautiful place. We can absolutely recommend this house and will definitely be back!

From the moment I arrived, the home was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, air fryer, refrigerator, stove, cooking pots, dishes, utensils, and dish soap. The bathrooms had hand soap and toilet paper, and the laundry area included a washer, dryer, and detergent. Beach gear such as chairs and an umbrella were also provided. As a Doctor of Pharmacy student, I truly appreciated that the university is only about 12 minutes away. I spent many days studying, but also took time to enjoy the warm Florida weather and relaxing atmosphere. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful—always quick to reply whenever I had a question. I also had the chance to play pickleball and enjoy some fun outdoor moments with my husband. The neighborhood is quiet, the house is in a gated community, and I felt very safe from the day I arrived. The cleanliness throughout the home was impeccable, and I’m genuinely grateful for the entire experience.

Believe the positive reviews! We had a wonderful six night stay at this New Townhome located close to UTC with plenty of restaurants and shopping very close by. Nathan Benderson Park, Beaches, gyms & downtown Sarasota Bayfront Park & Marina Jack all within a 25min or less drive. Ed was extremely responsive & would answer any questions right away. They provided beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels and even an umbrella which was a definite plus. The home was extremely clean and we all felt very much at home. The beds were extremely comfortable and bed linens felt like higher quality & all beds had plenty of pillows. The neighborhood was very quiet with access to a nice community pool which was very close to the unit. My husband and I and our three adult daughters stayed here very comfortably and had plenty of privacy. I would highly recommend this property and host!

We had a great stay at this beautiful and spacious home in Bradenton. It was perfect for our group, with comfortable bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The pool area was very enjoyable refreshing after hot beach days. The location is excellent, just under 15 minutes from the beach and close to stores, restaurants, and markets. The house also includes beach gear, which was super convenient. There’s a grill area and a yard with games for everyone to enjoy. The lake view made our morning coffee even better. My family and I were very happy with our stay and would definitely book again!

Great place! Very close to the coast & I love that there was chairs & an umbrella to borrow. We had a problem the first night & reached out to Julia & she was very quick to fix the problem. Awesome place to stay & great hosts!

My husband and I really enjoyed our vacation at the wonderful apartment of Lauren and Mario, the place is so clean and cozy. Also, few minutes away from the beach and we drove few times to South Lido Key Beach Park which was so quiet and clean (highly recommend). We definitely will come back 💕

Absolutely amazing apartment! it's in a fantastic location with lots of extras like beach towles and chairs, which we loved as our cases got lost. Very beautiful location with fabulous pools. The local beach is stunning! We will be back we loved it and Joyce was a perfect host.

Had a great stay and everything was as listed. Clean and convient, quiet location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Was located right across from both pool and laundry room (quarters only) which was great. William also provided beach chairs and umbrella as well as small cooler which was exactly what I needed

Firstly we would like to thank Linda for being such a kind, thoughtful and caring host. From the moment I requested to book the apartment to the day we departed she answered any questions we had within minutes. Shorewalk villas is a wonderful complex . The staff are very friendly and helpful, and we loved the proximity of supermarkets etc. Most mornings we went to the beach approximately 15 mins away and spent 4 or 5 hours there (using Linda's beach equipment which is all provided) and then back to Shorewalk where we would relax around the pools. The apartment itself was exactly as shown on photos. . Its in a wonderful position right by the clubhouse and amenities. It's very spacious, comfortable and stylish. The kitchen is very well equipped, 3 very big TVs. Thank you Linda for the treats you provided for us and the well stocked bathrooms. Everything we might have needed was there. We truly loved staying at this beautiful condo! It was super-super clean, modern-designed, had everything we needed, and even much more! Full spectrum of laundry/cleaning/bathroom supplies in abundance. The space is very cozy, stylish, and the location was really convenient - walking distance to Publix, good restaurants, and other useful places. Andrew and Angel are great hosts and kindest people! Responded immediately and positively to all our questions. Can’t wait to get back and stay here again! We feel lucky to find this place! Thank you Angel and Andrew!
