Peter and Pearl are awesome hosts! The Peaceful Retreat feels welcoming and cheerful, with very comfortable furnishings. These hosts have thought of everything! The location is great too, whether you walk or drive. We were in Sarasota to attend graduation at RCAD and the location was perfect!

Our stay at Inna & Vladimir's home was excellent. I had a work conference at a larger hotel about 4 min away. It was conveniently located, easy driving distance to restaurants and the beach, and in a safe part of town. We enjoyed the pool one evening and never felt bothered or out of place during our stay. The one thing to note is that, if you have any sort of chemical/fragrance sensitivity, be cautious the first day or two. My husband and I are both VERY sensitive and noticed the strong fragrant cleaner smells right away (tide, fabuloso type scents, etc). This likely wouldn't bother the typical person... but it was pretty intense for us. Considering those smells means that the Airbnb was cleaned, I can't complain about that! Lastly, if you have any mobility issues, the stairs are steep, but felt very sturdy. Overall, we would stay again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Roy’s place was comfortable, had good amenities, good location ( multiple beaches and restaurants in a close radius). The house was beautiful and just as described. The pool/hot tub, and outdoor seating was private and well maintained. Chairs, umbrella, and cooler were available to use which was a nice plus. We would definitely love to stay at this place again. Roy was quick to respond to any questions we had.

I recently moved away from the area after 45 years. let's just say I know the area and Steve's place is amazing. You won't be disappointed. close to everything you would want to do visiting the area. But the home that is amazing tucked along that river with the screened porch and the deck by the river, you won't want to leave. Home is very large with everything you will need. The price I would have paid for one day what I paid for three. Amazing place. Thanks, Steve and family see you again. Jon

Elbert's place was very nice for our purpose. My son graduated from medical school and it allowed my four boys and my husband and I to all be together to share in this special occasion. It was like being at home. We were able to cook and share meals and play games together and reminisce of old times. We had a very good experience at Elbert's home and thank him for making our special occasion one that will always be remembered as a priceless memory for us all. Thomas and Denise McGee

From the moment I arrived, the home was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, air fryer, refrigerator, stove, cooking pots, dishes, utensils, and dish soap. The bathrooms had hand soap and toilet paper, and the laundry area included a washer, dryer, and detergent. Beach gear such as chairs and an umbrella were also provided. As a Doctor of Pharmacy student, I truly appreciated that the university is only about 12 minutes away. I spent many days studying, but also took time to enjoy the warm Florida weather and relaxing atmosphere. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful—always quick to reply whenever I had a question. I also had the chance to play pickleball and enjoy some fun outdoor moments with my husband. The neighborhood is quiet, the house is in a gated community, and I felt very safe from the day I arrived. The cleanliness throughout the home was impeccable, and I’m genuinely grateful for the entire experience.

Great stay! The photos honestly don’t do this place justice — it’s way more spacious than expected, and the backyard is incredibly inviting. The beds were super comfortable, and the location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Cynthia was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Only downside? My pup doesn’t enjoy lounging outside as much as I do. A fantastic spot all around!

I loved Ashley’s place. This was my first solo trip away from home but Ashley’s place still felt cozy enough to be my home for the few days I was there. It’s so close to Anna Maria island that you are able to enjoy all that the area has to offer but still a distance away so that you can have a bit of quiet at night. The place was spotless and Ashley was great at responding and giving clear and concise instructions. I hope to be back in the future!

David’s home exceeded our expectations and was an excellent choice for our stay. It was conveniently located near all the beaches, restaurants, groceries, and shops, but not in the midst of the bustling city center. David even provided us with a variety of beach essentials and even bikes for our convenience. The home was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with blankets, towels, and cookware and dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future.

We truly loved staying at this beautiful condo! It was super-super clean, modern-designed, had everything we needed, and even much more! Full spectrum of laundry/cleaning/bathroom supplies in abundance. The space is very cozy, stylish, and the location was really convenient - walking distance to Publix, good restaurants, and other useful places. Andrew and Angel are great hosts and kindest people! The pictures don’t do this place justice. Welcomed by a beautiful view, and a nice well kept exterior. The unit we stayed in was in the 3rd floor, which allowed for the best views and the most privacy. The unit was clean, well-kept, and updated, even though the point of the vacation was to enjoy the beach/island, it was a place you felt you might accidentally stay Inside too long. We are planning our trip for next year already back to this very spot.

Our stay was exactly what we wanted. Our host, Evan, was great and quick with any questions we had. The condo was located very close to Siesta Key Beach, and we didn't have to drive more than 20 minutes to get to anything that we wanted to around that area, some things even within walking distance. Everything we could have possibly wanted was provided in our home, which really made the week stress-free. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was everything I needed and more! The location? Absolutely perfect—the beach is literally your backyard. Waking up to that ocean view the next morning was a dream. Restaurants and activities were just minutes away, which made everything so easy and fun. Heidi, the host, went above and beyond. Her communication was fast, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. She even surprised us with a delicious key lime pie and orange juice waiting for us after jet skiing—such a sweet and personal touch! I truly have no complaints. Everything about this stay was peaceful, beautiful, and seamless. I’d absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing and magical beach getaway. 🌴🌊💛

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Daniel’s condo in Bradenton. It was very clean, updated, quiet,and spacious with great amenities in the complex. We highly recommend this rental to couples or families. Daniel also provided perfect communication and local recommendations. Very convenient area with great access to grocery and 15 minutes to beaches at Anna Maria Island.
