The beautiful 'Le Petit Chateau', at 'La Tuilerie de la Roussie', originally built in 1551 is entirely yours to enjoy. Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Or simply relax around the heated swimming pool on luxury sun loungers.

At the heart of the Golden Triangle: Sarlat Perigueux Bergerac. 10 minutes from Les Eysies: capital of prehistory. Caves , gardens , castles , hikes, canoes ... From the house you can take beautiful walks in the woods, swim, canoe, horse and pony rides within walking distance, play golf and make fantastic bike rides
