Beautiful location, great sand beach, beautiful well-maintained complex. You go to the sea among the olive and pomegranate trees and come. The place we stayed was in the most tranquil and most detached place on the site, it was very fun to spend time on the huge patio and to set up a table. In fact, if you want, it has a very suitable area for barbecue and brewing tea in the samovar. Most importantly, Mr. Soner came to us in five minutes when we needed him and took care of your problem. A very modern apartment with new appliances, making a very comfortable stay. The main street close by has lots of restaurants and 3-4 different grocery stores within a 10 min walk. It's a short drive to downtown or to the beaches. A great place to stay if you aren't interested in the resorts in Side!

Everything is as mentioned. The house is in a great location, the beach has a site partition. The items were simple and tidy, albeit old. Mr. Murat tried to assist with everything and received early returns. Even after I left the house, I came across the same guest and understanding. Overall , I can contact Mr. Murat without hesitation in case of choosing Side again:) thanks for everything.

Generally, we had a good stay. Can is a very responsive and careful host. The Villa has 4 rooms and a really nice outside area with a garden and pool. Very well maintained. For families with small kids: 1. The apartment we booked was supposed to be on the ground floor with an easy access to garden. Was not the case for us, we were given the #4 on the 1st floor. With a 2 years old child we wanted to avoid any stairs. We've managed just fine but worth double checking with the host, if you expect a ground floor apartment (#1,#2). 2. If you don't receive multiple keys + a chip, please ask for it. The chip is necessary for getting into the apartment in case of power outages (happened a couple of times during our stay). Dors are electric, so if no electricity, you won't get in with the provided code. 3. The hot water temperature is really hard to set. Either really hot or cold. You'll need good patience to set it properly. I burned myself 2 times. Dangerous for kids !!!
