It was a very enjoyable stay. The apartment is modernly furnished and very clean. The same goes for the pool and the ambiance around it. The complex is in a very quiet area. Always happy to stay again. A great host!

Almost everything that could be needed at home was available. The location is very close to the beach and we enjoyed our meals with a sea view from the balcony. Since it is located between two hotels, there may be noise from time to time at noon, but this did not affect us negatively. We would like to thank Mr. Murat for his hospitality, we had a very pleasant holiday.

When we entered the house, it was clean and smelled of perfume, the beds and sheets were clean and tidy enough. Communication with Metin was easy, he responded quickly, and he was very helpful in finding the house. The location of the house is very close to the bazaar, you can easily reach the markets and restaurants that you want to walk to, I have no idea how close it is to the beach because we went to other beaches by car. Metin's house has all the facilities to cook, our only problem is that when we come home in the evening, the blackberries were celebrating among themselves :) Metin brother, if you solve that problem, the house is great... And it said pool check-in and check-out times, but the pool wasn't open yet

We originally planned to stay only one night in Side, but when we arrived, we were immediately attracted by the kitchen and balcony of this house and decided to book one more night and stay in Side for one more day. It turned out to be the right choice!This house is so beautiful and comfortable. We cooked in the kitchen, and the kitchen supplies are very complete. There is a supermarket a few minutes' walk away.And you can park in front of the house, so it's super convenient to get your things! During the two days in Side, we wandered around the neighborhood and found that this small town was so comfortable, and it was very comfortable to walk to the beach in the evening!I loved it so much!This place left us with wonderful memories.

Beautiful location, great sand beach, beautiful well-maintained complex. You go to the sea among the olive and pomegranate trees and come. The place we stayed was in the most tranquil and most detached place on the site, it was very fun to spend time on the huge patio and to set up a table. In fact, if you want, it has a very suitable area for barbecue and brewing tea in the samovar. Most importantly, Mr. Soner came to us in five minutes when we needed him and took care of your problem. Very understanding and helpful Mr. Soner was a very nice host. Thanks to her, our vacation went very well.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Aysel for her interest. The house was very well equipped for my family of 5. Its proximity to many important points was important. The sea was wonderful. You just had to walk a little. We usually went to the beach by car. The pool of the site was clean and not crowded.

The house looks totally like the description and the photographs. Habil is a gracious and responsive host, he responds quickly. The neighbor, Alla is a gem, kind and welcoming. The house is located near the center of Bellek on foot. The beach is close too. I would definitely come back to rest in this nice house where it's good to live.

Great holiday home – highly recommended! We were a group of 11 women on a short trip and had a fantastic time in this villa! The house is very large, clean and perfectly equipped for groups. We were impressed by the beautiful outdoor area with a great pool and even a TV outside. Tolger's helpfulness is definitely worth mentioning: super friendly and always available. He even arranged a taxi for us so that we could shop comfortably. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Absolute recommendation for groups who want to spend a nice, relaxing time in Turkey! We had a wonderful stay!

We had a comfortable stay here. All necessary household items were present and usable. All necessary baby items were present. The sea was on a walking distance of 2-3 minutes. The beach nearby is beautiful (mainly sand with pebbles). The view of the balcony on the second floor is excellent, we had our breakfast there with the sea view. We had very relaxing and well-rested evenings thanks to the calm neighborhood. Thank you Emrah for providing a comfortable place for us and our baby. This made our holiday more enjoyable.
