Nestled in the heart of the Normandy countryside, the Little Cider Barn takes pride of place in the grounds of Appletree Hill gites, it is the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy time together. Close to the historic town of Villedieu les Poeles, less than an hour from Mont St Michel, the D day beaches, just half an hour to some of the most spectacular coastline in lower Normandy.

The little house in the dunes

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

"L'Abri Côtier" House

Small house ideally located in the bay between Mt St-Michel (37 km) and Cancale, small picturesque Breton port (12 km), 15 min from St Malo (beautiful fortified city facing the sea), 20 min from Dinard (pretty seaside resort) and 30 min from Dinan (charming medieval city). Bakery 150 m away, small supermarket and train station in the village. Beautiful beaches 12 km away. Bike paths nearby. At 3 km, you can reach the shingle for walks, shore fishing or swimming at high tide!

Stay in the heart of nature, by the water, you will discover a cottage with a kitchen area, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet. A covered terrace is also accessible to guests. For fishermen, the pond is populated with carp and white amur (no-kill fishing). On 10 hectares, you will discover a fish farm, 5 ponds, as well as a bar area and local products. We are 1 hr 15 min from Caen and Mont Saint-Michel, 30 minutes from the landing beaches...

Autonomous waterfront retreat

Come and unwind in this unique cabin located in the heart of the Normandy countryside. The 55m2 cabin comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/kitchen, and a bathroom. Constructed from durable and recycled materials, this refuge has been designed to accommodate you for a peaceful stay in a green setting. However, please be aware that the site is not connected to water and electricity networks, so you will need to be mindful of your energy consumption during your stay.

Welcome to Le Kabanon!

Welcome to the Kabanon, 50 meters from the port of Le Hâble, its sailing school and restaurants. Grocery store, tennis courts within 150 meters on foot. You will stay in an atypical place, at the foot of the Sentier des Douaniers, and enjoy a sea view. The Kabanon is located on our property, a few steps from the house. Stone house in the countryside near Champrepus

Ideal for families, the cottage can accommodate 4 people.   On the ground floor: fitted kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, wood-burning stove. Upstairs: TV, bathroom (shower, sink, towel dryer, toilet).  Electric heating included Sleeping arrangements: one bedroom (one 140 X 190 bed and 1 pull-out bed for 2 people. Welcome to our charming wooden studio of 25 m² "Le Petit Chalet de la Plage" decorated with care. Ideally located just 300 meters from Portbail beach, this self-catering home offers a peaceful and intimate setting, perfect for a seaside getaway. Nestled on private land where our family house is also located (also offered for rent), this small house is carefully managed by a concierge in our absence.

Former cowshed, this cosy dwelling has been completely rebuilt and kitted out with a goal to being carbon neutral. It is an intimate one bedroom retreat with central suspended fireplace, modern underfloor heating and water heating from a modern air-air heat pump. Luxury and comfort are assured with dishwasher and washer/dryer, and the setting is completely private for the perfect romantic getaway.

The Belleville Estate Bakery

In the past, bread was baked there. Recently renovated, this small outbuilding, dating back to the 15th century, is immersed in the countryside. Depending on the season, you can see Mont Saint Michel from the mezzanine bedroom. As neighbors, you'll only have horses. Located 2 km from Dragey Beach and 3 km from Genets, departure for crossings on foot to the Mont.
