Mandar’s property is perched on a scenic hill near Dapoli Agricultural University, and our arrival couldn’t have been more magical. As we approached the bungalow, the entire hill was cloaked in dark clouds — a surreal drive through the mist from Dapoli Town that felt straight out of a dream. Just as we reached the property, the skies opened up and a heavy rainstorm with thunder rolled in, lasting for the next two nights. It was a divine, almost otherworldly experience — two days of total disconnection from the outside world. Despite the weather, we were perfectly comfortable. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped, allowing us to prepare our meals with ease. While the electricity supply was a bit spotty due to the storm, the backup system worked reliably and I was able to continue my work-from-home responsibilities without issue. This stay offered us a rare combination of nature’s raw beauty and the comforts of a thoughtfully maintained home. We’ll remember it for a long time.

If you want to be in the middle of nowhere — in a good way — this is the place. The house has a beautiful facade with exposed local stone and bricks. It is well lit and ventilated with a lot of glass — blurring the lines between the indoors and outdoors. In the morning when you wake up, you may have a WTF moment when you look at the view in front of you. We reached the place at night and yet it was relatively easy to find. Jio mobile service works fine. The house is equipped with all the basics, and the caretaker & the host Megha are proactive in ensuring you have everything you need before check-in. When we were there, it was pouring, and a stream nearby was flowing. At night, you will hear frogs singing their hearts out. It is a cosy place to spend the weekend away but not too far from the city. Be sure to take your books along, you'll find many corners to settle in. The place has been designed thoughtfully. Great location & Nice property, We had amazing time at this villa. Rooms & Bathrooms were clean &. tidy. Pool was little smaller than expected from pictures. But it didn't stop us from having fun. Having Pool is fun in itself. Nice owner & caretaker too

This is an amazing place to stay with family. Mohammed the coordinator was very helpful and ensured our maximum comfort during the stay. Humble request to keep either an induction or a gas stove if possible as it is really need for families with kids and elders. The view is worth a million dollar!!! Thank you team and definitely will come back to same place and opt for the same room.

Manohar Farmz was an amazing stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and private, with a spacious bathroom featuring a bathtub, a private pool, and a serene mango tree perfect for relaxing. The entire area was well-lit at night, creating a beautiful vibe. The host exceeded our expectations. Though we were initially unsure about his presence, he welcomed us warmly, offered a complimentary and delicious breakfast, and and went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. His friendly and interactive nature truly enhanced our stay. The location, surrounded by greenery and a nearby river, is secluded yet stunning. The machan offers breathtaking views, especially during sunrise and sunset. Though remote, the property is easily accessible via smooth roads, and the Google Maps location is accurate. Overall, it was a peaceful and delightful experience. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Ashvida Villa with our family of 11! The place was clean, spacious, and perfect for a big group. The hospitality was outstanding ,friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious and a real highlight of our trip. Everything was well taken care of, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a relaxing and memorable stay!

We had an amazing stay at this homestay! The host (Sangeeta Tai) was incredibly welcoming and made us feel like part of the family. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything needed. The location was ideal – peaceful and quiet, yet close to the sea beach. Sangeeta Tai also provided great tips on things to see, explore delicious local cuisine and so on! which made our trip even more memorable. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and authentic experience. Can’t wait to come back!
