Great area, clean and great amenities.

I heard my daughters say this was the best rental we’ve ever stayed in—and I completely agree! The place was spotless, everything was high quality, and we made full use of the fantastic amenities. Hosts Michael and Anita were incredibly responsive and shared all the helpful information in advance. We actually ended up spending more time enjoying the property than sightseeing. This will definitely be our must-stay on any future trips to California!

Great place really close to the beach (literally a 3 minute walk to the beach/boardwalk) and about 20 minute walk to boutiques and the cute little downtown area. Home was very clean and decorated very nicely. Perfect for two adults and our two teenagers. Loved that there were two full bathrooms with plenty of towels and toiletries. The location was really fantastic, too. Definitely would stay here again if we are in town. Great place!

Had a comfortable stay at Alisa’s place and would stay here again. Alisa was a responsive host and even had trash bags dropped off when I needed more. The gated parking is a plus. There’s a nice shopping center across the street with all you could need. One thing to note is that the unit faces a gas station and a big intersection so it can get noisy during the day from the road noise.

Enjoyed our short stay here was the perfect location and close to the beach. My family of 4 had more than enough room and we enjoyed the home. Would definitely stay here again if available when we come back to area. Great host! Thanks again for everything

Had a great stay here! Looks just like the pictures, and was squeaky clean. Lots of thoughtful touches--Brita filter full of cold water in the fridge, extra towels, yoga mat and blocks in the closet, and a ton of paid streaming services on the TV. Didn't do much cooking but the kitchen seemed well stocked. And the location is unparalleled, you can see the Pier out the window and 3rd Street Promenade is blocks away. Heads Up: Most of the furniture is low profile though--lower to the ground--which could be an issue for older people or people with knee problems. But both the bed and couch were super comfortable. And the host was easy to reach and responsive, usually within the hour. Jonathan's place is an excellent alternative to the hotels on Ocean Avenue.

Exactly like the pictures. Location is superb. Walking distance to beach, Venice, Santa Monica downtown and even to Marina del Rey. Quiet neighborhood. Great balconies, "to die for" kitchen, modern bathroom and overall nice decor. Safe area and gated garage. Renee could not have been nicer or more responsive. Not a cheap place but worth the cost for high-end accomodations. We will most definitely be back.

Ashley was a fabulous host and the property and location were as advertised and absolutely wonderful. We could hear the waves crashing gently overnight and it made for such a serene experience and the bedding was very comfortable, as well. The patio overlooks the fantastic Pacific Ocean and the condo is steps from the sand. Ashley was very responsive to every question we had almost immediately and she was very accommodating to our requests when possible. She left us welcome roses and just made our whole experience so welcoming. There is a fabulous Italian bar/restaurant across the street that we frequented during our stay-kid friendly too!

Brian’s place was perfect for a mother-daughter getaway. Very clean, quiet, and located close to so many attractions, restaurants and shopping. Can’t wait to return!

We loved the location of this Airbnb and the views! It was so fun being in walking distance to the pier. Great stay, highly recommend.

I stayed here during a work trip in mid-June and chose this Airbnb for its convenient location and proximity to the beach—perfect for escaping the heat when the rest of the city is sweltering. On my first evening, I walked to Trader Joe’s to stock up on food and drinks, and the next morning I went for a jog down to the Santa Monica Pier and back. The location was easy to find, though I did have to circle the block once before spotting the correct garage. The directions were clear overall, but a note about which side of the alley the building is on would have helped, since there are garages on both sides. I took a guess and turned right—which luckily turned out to be correct. Having a secure, designated parking spot close to the elevator was a major plus—it brought me almost directly to the apartment door. The unit itself is small (as expected for LA), but very clean, with a full kitchen and a spacious bathroom. The bedroom area is a bit tight, but manageable. Overall great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Thèspina's beautiful place! The location is very walkable, the apartment is very cozy and well equipped. Thèspina was very helpful, responsive and she provided wonderful recommendations. As a weekend staycation this was perfectly located for us to participate in the Tour de Pier. I definitely recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay at M’s place in the Venice Canals. So lovely and serene, such a good location. It’s within walking distance to Venice Beach and easy to get around LA via uber. Very safe area too, lots of dog walkers and people walking through the canals but quiet and peaceful at night. Inside was equally lovely with a large bathroom and comfortable bedding. Overall we would definitely recommend this stay 💚

Maggie was an exceptional host. Any thing that we needed or if anything happened she was one phone call away. The location was awesome and perfectly described. We loved our entire experience and we would most definitely stay at this location again.

Nadia was super communicative and helpful! The space was perfect for us as a hub for my husband and I and our two little ones. Would definitely book again when we visit the area!

This was a great place to stay. We were there for just one night but it’s a nice building, apartment and location. They were very helpful and responsive when we communicated. No issues at all and well worth the money.

Had a great stay! Extremely clean and stocked with everything you would need from coffee to even a gifted a bottle of wine. Highly recommend to stay here. We will be back for sure.

Vic’s place was great! The location was perfect, we loved strolling with our 5 month old on the marina promenade. We were able to spend an hour at the pool (smallish, but the pool deck is very swanky, felt like an upscale hotel), and our baby had his first “swim” there! The apartment was the perfect size for us two adults and the baby, and Vic had a pack and play already set up. The living room/kitchen is one large open space, and my sister and her fiance (who live right around the corner, our reason for choosing Vic’s place) and my mom were able to come over and we all fit very comfortably for a casual dinner. We loved taking our son out on the patio and he liked to watch the cars go by. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

Loved staying here! It was very clean and comfortable, well cared for and beautiful furnishings. The bed was comfy and the pillows and linen were fresh and clean, the outdoor area including a pool and gym is amazing. It has a whashing machine and dryer and a well equipped kitchen to prepare meals. I highly recommend and would stay again. The host is very nice and quick to respond. Jan and Dale's place felt like home. When we arrived we had a nice surprise from them, snacks, a bottle of wine and fresh flowers. The neighborhood felt friendly and it was a 5 minute drive from the beach. They exceeded our expectations and we hope to return soon!

Maria’s home was fantastic. Location was perfect. The apartment was incredibly clean and equipped with everything you could need. The views were amazing! Check in was straightforward, we followed the instructions on the booking. Needed to make a brief call for Maria to verify but she picked up on the first ring. Also had a small issue with parking (not Maria’s fault at all!) and she was very responsive and dealt with it very quickly. All in all, our stay was wonderful. Thank you Maria!

The apartment was clean and had a terrific view. We loved the neighborhood and walked by the ocean everyday.

Johnny's place was great, just like the pics. The rooftop pool was awesome and provided great sunset views. Johnny was very responsive, and would recommend his place to stay.

We love our staying at Jordan’s apartment. Everything was perfect. Really comfortable place to stay in a quiet neighborhood outside of LA and only 4 blocks from a nice beach. You have two city bikes spots rental near the house that you can use to go to Venice Beach or Santa Monica. It’s only 15 minutes away from the airport. I really recommend to stay at Jordan’s house!
