Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Manhattan

One of the nicest places we have stayed in. The home is well maintained,clean & in a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice place to stay when visiting Manhattan. While we weren't in the airbnb much during the day, it was great to come to after a long day and get a good nights rest. Much more relaxing than a hotel! I absolutely loved how peaceful the outside area is! Jennifir is a wonderful host that was always in communication with us during our stay and made us feel very welcome! Will definitely look to stay here if we visit Manhattan again! Thanks so much for your hospitality!

This place worked well for our family to stay at while we were in town visiting family.

We (my husband, our dog & my parents) were in town from WI for my Niece’s High School Graduation. It was nice being close to my brother & his family & not have to drive from JC every day for four days. MiChele’s place was clean & comfortable. The patio was a nice place to sit and enjoy morning coffee, and the fenced in front yard was nice to let our pup out. House rules & checkout were simple & easy to follow. We didn’t cook, other than coffee, toast & fruit for breakfast (ate most of our meals at my brother’s house) but did notice there was a lot of cook/dishware for more than just us 4. The adjoining queen bedrooms was unique. My dad is a snorer & I’m a very light sleeper, so my husband and I opted for the smaller full bed upstairs. Being 5 months pregnant it was a bit of a workout, but not unmanageable. Both showers are walk-in-no-tubs, worth knowing if you have tiny kiddos, but wasn’t an issue. Didn’t see a blow dryer, luckily my mom had one. Would stay here again. :)

My adult children and grandchildren arrived prior to my husband and I. they had all the sleeping arrangements picked out for everyone and gave me a tour. the A-frame was spectacular upon entering the kitchen went on for what seemed a mile, beautiful, white, marble kitchen with gorgeous stainless steel appliances. and the deck beyond the family room. the three tweens slept upstairs it was perfect for them and they loved it. we slept on the main floor, perfect! my daughter and son-in-law on the lower level along with my other daughter on the pull-up sofa. we were all very comfortable and happy with the arrangements. we went to the beach one day. the kids went hiking around the house with the metal detector one day and then it rained. we went to Pillsbury something with a waterfall and goofed around for a while. came home and ate and watched amazing sunsets. had a glow stick/necklace party on the deck after dark, then it stormed. played the game Life for 3 eves in a row, I think Emmy won

Rental unit was spic 'n span, spacious, comfortable, possibly cleaner than my own house. Neighborhood was quiet, safe, family oriented & within easy walking distance of several tasty, reasonably priced restaurants. Emily responded to my queries about where to eat, etc, almost instantly.

We loved our stay at the Gallery! It was perfectly clean and we loved the eclectic decor. The condo is stocked with all the essentials without a lot of excess clutter. It is beautiful and still has room for your own things. Jennifer accommodated an early check-in at the last minute for us and was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Judine was a gracious and caring host, it is obvious how much she cares about your comfort and feeling welcome at the Houston Cottage. We were under a wind advisory and she made sure to let us know how to take shelter if needed. The house is well appointed and spotless. So comfy! The rooms are larger than I expected! The beds and linens are very nice. Enjoyed our stay!

Great way for my adult children to get together for graduation. This place was clean, comfort, close, quiet and peaceful with a playground for my granddaughters. Easy walk across the street to graduation! Thank you for a great stay 😊

Was a wonderful place to stay at. It’s a perfect location for us to visit to be near family. The nice welcome note on the chalkboard was a sweet surprise. Will be using the place for future visits.

Everything was clean and comfy…a really nice private space. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

The Rooster was a great little Air B&B and was perfect for my needs. The instructions to get in were clear and the place was clean when I arrived. The host’s extra touches like a few bottles of water in the fridge and a snack basket were nice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I will definitely look for this place the next time I’m planning a trip to Manhattan! Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed here a couple of times and Mary is great and the location and property is perfect

We were in town for a baseball tournament and felt right at home. Great location and excellent amenities. Ms. Anderson was extremely helpful and responsive to my communications! Will stay again!!!

Great location close to campus. A little harder to find the apartment than expected, but super nice!
