Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Manhattan

Très bon séjour chez Lourdes, je me suis sentie tellement bien chez elle, tout était parfait, je n’ai manqué de rien. Il y avait des boissons dans le frigo et de quoi manger, c’est très pratique quand vous arrivez dans la nuit comme moi. L’appartement était très propre, les draps, les serviettes sentaient très bon. Il est très bien équipé en vaisselle et électroménagers. Lourdes a vraiment le sens de l’hospitalité. C’est une femme d’une gentillesse et d’une générosité infinies. J’ai eu droit à une très belle attention pour mon anniversaire, cela m’a beaucoup touchée. Elle a été d’une grande aide dans l’organisation de mon voyage. Ses informations étaient très utiles et elle répondait rapidement à mes messages. Il est très facile de rejoindre Manhattan avec de nombreuses stations de bus à proximité (5-10 mn à pieds). Il y a un grand supermarché à 5mn de chez elle où vous trouverez tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. Je n’hésiterai pas à revenir chez Lourdes si l’occasion se présente!

This was my family’s 4th trip to NYC in less than 2 years!! And this was the best place we stayed at in all those trips. We loved staying here! It was such a nice space with lots of room, comfy beds and linens, and great amenities like a washer and dryer. The location was fantastic! The subway was a few minutes away, and we could get anywhere we wanted in 20 minutes or so. The General Manager, Anastasia, was very helpful and resolved a problem for us quickly. The building’s Superintendent Alex, was also a big help and super friendly. Lastly, this hotel is safe and smoke free! You could not get on the elevator & go up to the room without your key card to the hotel! Loved that! We will definitely stay here next time!

What a great spot in NYC! There was plenty of room for me, my daughter, and her friend to stay while celebrating her college graduation. Geo’s place was clean, safe, and on a surprisingly quiet street for the city! The beds were super comfy, and it was nice to have the convenience of 2 separate bedrooms, a kitchen, and washer/dryer in the apt. It’s also only a 10 min walk to the 59th/Lexington station. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time at Sal’s place! Perfect for a trip to NYC or Jersey. Transit busses and mini markets only a few minutes away. Got a perfect view at the skyline just down the road with a little park. Sal reacted very quick on messages and the apartment is modern, has a big shower, fits for 3 people. Definitely recommended!

I will definitely be back ! Such a relaxing space , so clean & beautiful!

We enjoyed our 4 night stay as a family of 5 with a 6 & 4 year old and 6 month old. There were plenty of blankets and pillows available. Having the washer and dryer there was very nice, although I struggled a bit with the dryer-it repeatedly stopped before it should have. Maybe user error? The cordless vacuum was appreciated to keep the floor clean. The listing showed salt & pepper available, but all I could find was pourable Morton's salt. Also, only instant coffee, which doesn't work in a coffee maker. Unlike another reviewer, I appreciated the scripture verses on the living room walls! The bedroom is very sparsely decorated, and the a/c unit in that room had a rattle when it was running that kept me awake until I got used to it. We loved the beautiful views(minus my husband who fears heights), and watching all the traffic below, especially the bus traffic at the station! The apartment stayed fairly quiet, and has a great location with lots to do close by! Thanks for hosting us!

The apartment is better in person than the photos. Gorgeous panoramic views of the city. Very comfortable primary bedroom and an old-school pull out in the living room (where my son slept). The apartment was quiet and very clean. Steven was very good at communicating and got back to me right away with any concerns. The apartment is located in Midtown and the area felt safe. I highly recommend Steven’s apartment, especially if you are looking for a room with a view and an excellent host.

So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

I'm really glad I chose this spot for my 2 day trip to NYC. The house was on a street tucked away from the other, more busy streets, which was nice. My partner and I drove my car and were able to park it on the road or temporarily in the lot nearby until someone left for work (the host was also nice enough to text us to ask if we wanted to take her spot). We chose to take the Port Imperial ferry straight to NYC every day - the ferry was a 15 min Uber or 30 min walk away andwas 10 bucks a person and worked well to get to the heart of the city (8 min ferry ride). The house itself was comfy, clean, and had cute touches.

Jami's place is great. It was clean and exactly what we expected. The rooftop view was amazing. You can see the Empire State Building and the World Trade Center from the roof very nicely. The large open kitchen and living room was great for our group as we weren't all on top of each other. The price was great, and it was a great way to experience New York City without staying in NYC.

Excellent place to relax away from the hustle of the city. Very clean and well maintained, with all basic amenities. A supermarket store is nearby. Easily get to the Exchange Place station by Uber.

We really enjoyed our stay - the unit was absolutely perfect for what we needed and acted as the perfect base for all things New York being a one minute walk from the station! Krystal was extremely friendly, responsive and helpful - would highly recommend !

Benjamin was a great host and very responsive. We have 3 dogs that travel with us and sometimes finding an Airbnb can be difficult. With a dedicated parking spot and grassy fenced in back yard this Airbnb was perfect for us. The space looked just like the photos, clean and everything we needed. The location was great, a quick walk to the light rail and we were able to get over to the city quickly. Will definitely be looking to book here again when we travel this way in the future.

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the path in 5 min to connect to the NYC subways. On the walk, you pass multiple cafes and coffee shops. Great craft beer and wine shop on the corner. Pizza shop, Basile’s, right next to the PATH is perfect for a late night snack. The beds were comfortable, and even though there was some street noise heard at night, a sound machine was provided to help lull you to sleep. The only thing you have to be aware of is the unit is located on the 2nd floor, and you have to go up a narrow set of stairs which can be hard with multiple suitcases. Other than that, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with everything within walking distance!

Great apartment in a nice area of Hoboken. We used this as a base for our trip to New York so did not spend much time at the place but the location is great, you are close to the station (10-15 minute walk) which takes you to Manhattan Midtown or the Financial District at World Trade Centre. The area in Hoboken is also very nice, you are nearby the Hoboken waterfront which offers great views of Manhattan and an opportunity to slow down from fast pace of Manhattan. Further you are next to Washington Street, which has lots of restaurants and bars, we particularly enjoyed starting the day with Bagels on the Hudson. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and had everything we needed. AJ was always quick to respond for any questions we had. Overall, would recommend.

Being welcomed by the entire family to getting end to end support during the stay, it was a great experience staying at this bnb .. amazing view , kitchen fully stacked , very prompt response , extremely helpful attitude… would recommend stay here if you want to be just around NYC but don’t want the hustle bustle of the city

Great host, amazing location, and quite cute neighborhood incredibly close to the PATH! Hoboken was great and getting into Manhattan was incredibly convenient. The Airbnb was spotless and the couch was already made for my dad. Roomy, homey, and a great stay. Loved this place!! If I ever need an Airbnb in Hoboken I will look to rebook this place

This place was amazing. Cozy, homey, friendly and warm, everything you could think of. Ozge helped us a bunch with clear instructions of check in and check out and was always responsive whenever something came up. I would 100% stay here again!
