My house is in the heart of Izmir, modern and stylish as if it came out of an Ikea showroom. You will feel at home while exploring Izmir, which is intimate and comfortable. This house is both a living house and a house with streets that smell of history, offering all the comforts of modern life together. This is a warm home where I live. While I host you in this house, you may come across my personal belongings. But don't worry, this will make you feel the intimacy and comfort of the house, away from the hotel atmosphere, and provide a living home experience.

Cottage with Pool Nar

You can have a barbecue, swim in the pool and have a pleasant time in our garden where you can always hear the birds. There is a pomegranate tree on the porch of the house. That's why we named our house Nar. It is a legal requirement to obtain the identity information of our guests. We kindly ask you to share it before your stay. We have 4 guest houses next to each other. Guests can hear you even if they can't see you. Therefore, it is not suitable for listening to loud music, partying and having fun until late hours.

VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL

House is on 1 acre of land and &300 m2 in total.Closed garage for 2cars.Pool is open from May to October during year.Swimming pool is private and 5m*10m, depth is 150 cm and salted & can swim in the pool as not seen by others.The garden walls are high and extra uplifted with fences.Our backyard is neighbour to the forest full of Pinetrees.The house has a forestview.And the area is full of oxygen and it is for relaxing place lovers.Please send a message telling about your groups and your reason

Hello, our house is in 34 decares of olive groves where no pestisit natural, regenerative agriculture is carried out. Our guest house, where you can have a calm and peaceful stay in touch with nature, consists of 50 m2 and 30m2 veranda. It is an environment away from the crowds, both easy to access and slightly isolated from Ataköy, which is a literally forest village.
