It is within the boundaries of restoration. For this reason, it is quiet and calm in the evenings. Free park for cars, closed garage for motorcycles.

Ourhouse is located right in the middle of Konak and Üçyol metro stations. It is a 10-12 minute walk from both stations. Bus, tram and ferry terminals are also within walking distance. Bakeries, grocery stores, supermarkets are only 5-10 minutes away. Tourist attractions such as Kemeraltı, the Historical Elevator and the Clock Tower are a 15 mnt. walk away. The apartment has the necessary kitchenware .Basic amenities such as hot water, internet, washing machine and heating are available.

A detached stone house in the center of Izmir, with no transportation problems, a 2-minute walk to the Historical Elevator. In accordance with Law No. 1774, your identity/passport information will be requested to be shared with the local authority. There is a security camera at the entrance of the house. We do not charge extra cleaning fees. For this reason, we kindly ask you to take care of the house. Please read the house rules section before booking. The entire house is rented.
