Very clean house in quiet neighborhood on double lot. Air-conditioned, high-speed internet (350 mbps download speed) and cable TV. Excellent lighting throughout plus the main living areas face south providing good natural light for living areas. The house is 1 mile to Lake Michigan beaches and downtown is easily walkable from the house.
