We wash all bedding and towels with Lysol laundry soap. We clean all bathrooms and kitchens with Lysol. We had a wonderful stay! The house and all its furnishings are awesome. Everything was clean and from the towels to the appliances were top quality. So many places you scrounge around to find a decent coffee cup and the linen is not inviting. Not here! I can't say enough about how we appreciated all of the amenities. It's obvious our host, Steven, put a lot of thought into making guests comfortable inside and out. Our party of 5 adults and 2 kids, (8 and 5) had lots of fun playing ping pong, foosball, corn hole and of course there was the hot tub! Plenty to do if you're not at the lake shore (just across the street) or enjoying the inland lake in the backyard. We did use the paddle boat for a fun little journey. So much to see and do in the area. We visited Frankfort, some of us golfed, and we enjoyed the G & D Alpaca Farm.There's no shortage of restaurants to try. Meijer is very close by, for anything you need. Steven is an OUTSTANDING host, very friendly, helpful, and responsive!

Good deal, pictures matched what we experienced. It was a great weekend! Just remember to bring some bug spray! we bought and left some tiki torches, so you could also bring torch fluid instead. bugs cleared right up and the hot tub was amazing. thanks Jake!

This is our second year staying at the house for our New Year's get away! We absolutely love staying at the cabin. It quiet, back in the woods, feels just like home. The home is just as described and as shown in the pictures. If you are looking for a winter get away, or some summer fun you will truly enjoy this home.

This cabin is amazing. Cozy and very clean. Nellie was very communicative but I didn't need a thing from her because everything was perfect for me and my dog. I needed a couple days to recharge and get back to nature, this was the perfect place. Walking dog on trails, fires in the pit, very nice hot tub on deck. This was heaven to me. I'm a birder and thus property has the birds. Barred Owl, turkeys,Indigo Buntings and alot more. Also, a great restaurant Grille 44, is literally just down the road. Just can't say enough!

Everything was as pictured. The hot tub was delightful. The woods were a beautiful walk. The pub and the diner across the way were delicious (shoutout to Cathy at the pub!) I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it. Just bring soap and shampoo ;)

What a beautiful cabin and area to stay in! This house was probably the most well-stocked house of any place I’ve ever stayed. From the moment we walked through the front door, it felt like home. The kids were all so happy with their sleeping arrangements and amenities. Some really nice touches were the soda fridge that was stocked with Faygo pop, Pendleton coffee cups, wool blankets, and rocking chair, the cast iron skillets, and the top-notch record player. The first thing I did after bringing everything in from the car was put on the new Bon Iver album and just melt away into the couch in front of the fireplace. Amazing cabin! Absolutely loved it.
