The couch pulls out for an additional sleep space. In the morning, enjoy the coffee bar with a Kuerig, Cold brew, or drip coffee.

The seating in the living room can also be used as a twin bed. The location is surrounded by old forest and is peaceful and quiet. A good location for kayaking the Mulberry River, swimming at Cove Lake, hiking Mt. Magazine or just resting in the peaceful countryside.
