The house was very large and in the location we needed. Catherine was very accommodating, and the house was nicely decorated and furnished. It was perfect for our needs!

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. Vallyn was so responsive and helpful with everything we needed. It is a very large place with PLENTY of glasses, silverware, plates, etc (which is not always the case in these larger homes). The house is on the older side, so some of the handles are loose while some doors stick - but it was perfect for our needs and we had a great stay - would recommend.

Great experience all around ! I would consider renting this spot again , fell in love with the house and the host was great! So spacious! Anything that we forgot , the house had it , it was above and beyond equipped ! Great location ! Friendly neighbors ! Perfect for hosting an intimate gathering !

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at this beautiful home in Ocean Gate, New Jersey. The location couldn’t have been better—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and thoughtfully set up with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There were plenty of activities to enjoy at the house, making it easy to unwind without ever feeling bored. The host truly went above and beyond—not only was communication smooth, but they also provided a fantastic guidebook full of helpful information about the house and the local area, which made getting settled and exploring a breeze. This place felt like a home away from home, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Danny and Laura’s! The house was very comfortable, well decorated and well stocked. The heated pool was a major plus- even when the weather was cold, the pool was very warm and relaxing. The house is located on a quiet street so you can get a good night sleep, while still being only 7-10 min walk from the boardwalk. The beach is about 2 min walk. Danny and Laura are very thoughtful and communicative hosts who clearly care a lot about their guests - they were very prompt in responding to any questions we had. We would like to be back soon and would definitely recommend this place to future guests.

Wonderful find for a quick girls weekend. The house is peaceful and cozy with a beautiful view. The space was clean and comfortable with simple kitchen basics, comfortable beds and a great updated bathroom. Talisa was accommodating and responsive from start to finish, will definitely return.

The place is fresh with a beach theme, lots of natural light and a peaceful white, cream and aqua decor. The space is open and welcoming and very clean. Everything you need to feel at home is there. Kitchen is sort of divided which is great for containing heat when running the oven or stove on a hot day. Loved having a dishwasher. Air conditioning in all spaces. Spiral staircase to second floor is a bit tight but also fun and different. The neighborhood is sort of tucked away so it is quieter than other areas in a town that can get very busy in the summer. We were off season so it was very quiet. It’s an easy walk to the beach/boardwalk or bay sides of the peninsula. Grocery store about 1 mile away. Chris responded in minutes to any question and was very helpful. Would love to come back!

We had a small family reunion at Chris' Dollhouse Airbnb. It was perfect for us. The location was just around the corner from great coffee, pastries, bookshops, antique shops, restaurants, yoga studios, and only a 20 min walk to the boardwalk and beach, which had endless things to do. The house is from the 1930s and very cute and quirky. The one bathroom was miraculously not even a problem for the four adults sharing the place. Everything is a little squeaky, old or imperfect in the house (not the furnishings and decor though, which were modern), but that didn't negatively impact our experience at all--it was charming. It was lovely to play board games in the living room, make cappuccino with the VERY NICE fully equipped Breville machine (bring your favorite whole beans with you if you know how to use these kinds of machines!), and sleep in with the white noise of the AC window units. There was ample closet space and Chris gave us a pack and play for one of our babies. We recommend!

Exactly as shown & fantastic host! Lovely touches all around the space. Creative renovation of the beach house I grew up with in Seaside back in the 80’s. Very walkable and centrally located to most local activities. Lots of restaurants and recommendations from host. One of the best house rules books in the space I have ever seen. Comfy towels and strong AC with very efficient fans strategically located throughout the house. Kitchen was well stocked and coffee maker is fast!

This house was amazing to stay at. Very clean, the host was very responsive and detailed with the instructions when checking in. The house was clean, had lots of room and the location was perfect. We will definitely be staying here again!

We had a great stay! They had everything we needed in the house and it was super clean and looked just like the photos. Even with bad weather we were able to have a blast because there were lots of activities in the house to keep us busy! It's also in a great location and an easy walk to town or to the beach. Highly recommend this stay!

This home was so stunning and so close to the boardwalk!! Sleeps SO MANY and everything was spotless. Michael was amazing and responsive and always sent clear instructions on everything. 10/10 we will stay again if we come back to the area!

This place is like a piece of heaven on earth! Anything you can think of was included and available for use. The neighbors are great and the owners were a text away if you had any questions. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the boardwalk, but secluded from the hustle and bustle! Thank you for having us!

Rakesh was a great host! He’s very friendly and responsive. His place was extremely clean and accommodated our extended family and two babies for easily! Everything is beautifully designed and decorated with modern, pristine amenities! I would recommend this house for all vacationers!

I was so comfortable in Donna's house.. Her bed's you could sleep all night?. Neighborhood extremely quiet. But nice and clean. I would so love to stay here again when I come up to New Jersey. Donna thank you for all you do.

During the time our house was under construction, staying at Arielle Place was more than just a temporary solution—it truly felt like a home. The atmosphere was inviting, and the house was just as describe and just what we needed! Whether it was the thoughtful amenities, the quiet and relaxing environment, or simply the kindness we experienced, Arielle Place provided a sense of stability when we needed it most. Looking back, we’re grateful for how seamless and welcoming our stay was. It wasn’t just a place to stay—it was a place where we felt truly cared for.

The home had a retro-beachy feel to it, with all the modern comforts of home. It is an older home that has been completely & beautifully renovated! We loved that they kept some of the “retro” items in some of the bathrooms. Very clean & updated. We are a group of women in our 50s and we had plenty of room for sleeping, eating, games, parking, and privacy. Right across the street from the beach and a beautiful deck upstairs overlooking the ocean. Emily and Brian are a pleasure to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

My bridesmaids and I stayed here for my wedding in April 2025. The place was extremely clean and spacious, especially downstairs where hair and makeup set up the morning of my wedding. There is a ton of natural light throughout the home, which was great for my photographer. The home is conveniently located about two blocks from the PPB boardwalk, as well as center of town (Arnold Ave) where there are many restaurants, and was close to my venue Clark’s Landing. Brian was very responsive and was so sweet to leave my now husband and I a bottle of wine to welcome and congratulate us. We used Coastal Linen Service to provide towels and sheets as they are not included (Brian recommended) and we had no issues with delivery or leaving them for pickup. Overall, was a great stay and memorable weekend! I will advise there are large stairs leading up to home, I would not recommend for the elderly or those with disabilities. Also, TV downstairs does not have streaming, but king bedroom TV does.

Mary’s home was exactly how she described it. It was a nice, cozy home for my husband and my son and his girlfriend to stay over Christmas. Location was convenient to everything and we were only 5 minutes from our new granddaughter. The home was extremely well equipped, we wanted for nothing. The beds were also quite comfortable. I grew up in Point Pleasant, so I was very at home. Thank you for your hospitality Mary.
