We were a group of 9 friends staying for a weekend. The house is super comfortable for large groups, as well as being very well located and has everything you need, we didn't have to bring anything. Lucia communicated with us from the first moment and welcomed us to check in, and we even arranged a late check out without problems, she was always very kind. We would definitely come back.

Our stay was excellent! The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. Checkin was super smooth and quick. Bianca was wonderful! She provided clear instructions, was very friendly and super responsive whenever I reached out with questions. She also helped coordinate transportation for me which was incredibly helpful since finding a larger sized vehicle can be difficult in Buenos Aires. The location of the apartment is super walkable to great shops, restaurants and bars. There’s so much to do in the area. We also felt very safe during our stay. The 24 hour security is great! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment!

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

If you’re thinking about coming to Buenos Aires, don’t think. Buy the ticket. Come. Stay here. I’m so serious. You’re two blocks away from uptown bar which is sick, las cabras which has phenomenal asado, and super safe neighborhood. Can uber anywhere for less than $10. Book the trip, the only thing you’ll regret is leaving

First time in Buenos Aires. We did practically everything on foot, subway and bus and the location helped a lot for this to happen. Close to everything. The apartment is great, super clean and organized, good quality furniture, a great balcony to sit and breathe, all in a well-located and very quiet neighborhood. The owner is also very helpful and came to help us when, as tourists, we didn't know how things worked in Argentina. It was an amazing stay and we recommend Airbnb to anyone who wants to travel without major worries.

The accommodation was wonderful, the environment is air-conditioned, there is air conditioning and a thermometer in the entire environment, the floor heats and heats the entire apartment. It is well furnished, the furniture and utensils are all of quality. They provide clean, fragrant, and quality towels and bed linen. The building has a laundry room and sauna that, when needed, was promptly attended to by the hosts, who were always available and always extremely friendly and attentive, and were clear and precise from the entrance to the exit.
