Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Manunda

This home is a charming home nearly 100 years old. It has been redone and is clean and comfortable. We came in winter and still needed the AC for a short time each day. All of the beds were comfortable and the showers had enough pressure and hot water. The only downside was the noise from outside since the older windows really aren't sealed. We weren't too bothered by it, but some people might want to be aware. There is designated parking under the house. The highlight for my kids was the wild guinea pigs in the backyard that made an appearance several times a day. Laundry was a plus too! We walked to Cairns Central one day when others took the car, about 20 minutes. Many things are 5-10 minutes by car. We'd definitely stay again.

We had a brilliant stay at Cliff's place, very well laid out air bnb - the layout of the bedrooms on different floors and separate living zones meant that we could spend time together and have the space when needed. Great location, 5 minutes to town by car and some really lovely cafes nearby. The decor of the Airbnb was another us, some beautiful art throughout. would highly recommend, and we will look to rebook for our next stay in Cairns.

Had a perfect trip to cairns! Lovely home in a great location. Close to the heart of the city and in a cute little neighbourhood surrounded by great options to dine at Howard and Janine were very helpful and accommodating at all times and had great suggestions with local knowledge that was handy. Beautiful home just as described and very accurate pictures.

This home is the epitome of relaxation, style, and wow factor. It has absolutely everything you could need - all the simple touches that make it feel like a home away from home. A short walk from the local hot spots. A view from the backyard that will make you want to stay forever. So many spots to relax, sit back and unwind with the sound of the ocean right at your doorstep. Lovely hosts who shared all the important details. 10/10 ⭐️✨⭐️

I am an exchange student from the U.S. and came here with my friends as the last stop on a two week long road trip up the east coast of Australia. Mark's place was the perfect way to end our trip. I was able to do laundry, go swimming in the pool, and easily go into the city of Cairns for meals and day trips. There is a beautiful deck overlooking three pools and there were cute lizards all over the walls. The place was clean and there were very clear instructions on how to get in and check out! Highly recommend:)

I used it for 4 nights on my trip to Cairns. There is a large shopping center in front of you, and it was very helpful because it was within walking distance to the night market. The interior is very clean and almost as pictured. Also, when there was a problem with the key, they responded kindly and politely by phone. I was a little worried about the reviews about the air conditioning, but when I visited in June, there was no particular problem. It looks like you can use the sofa bed for an additional fee. For your information. It was a pleasant trip. Thank you very much.

The place was great, exactly what you need if you want to get away from the cairns for a few days. Right next to the beach with a few restaurants and only a 5 mins walk to the bus stop. Stephanie sent a very clear instructions on how to check in and made me feel like she was always available if needed.

David and Morag were lovely to let us come a few hours early which made a big difference as we had an early flight. The place was as described and very clean. Access was easy and we saw David come and go around the resort so knew he was around which was nice. The only issue we had was that a kitchen cupboard door came off it's hinges when we were cleaning up but that was about it! We'll be back.

Liz and Zak are super welcoming and their place is comfortable and peaceful. I loved the little outdoor area and the all the tropical plants. Quiet area of Cairns with Botanical gardens and great cafes and shops just down the road! Thank you Liz and Zak, I hope to stay again one day.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and made check-in and check-out super easy. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience — I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Highly recommend Anne's place. A fabulous apartment in a gorgeous Resort! The spa on the balcony was a luxury and so wonderful! Absolutely cannot wait to go back and stay at Anne's place at the Peppers Resort in the beautiful Palm Cove.

I had a wonderful stay at Andrea’s apartment at 201 Lake Street, Cairns. The place was clean, well-furnished, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing visit. It had everything I needed for a great stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, and a modern bathroom. The building also had a pool and secure parking, which were great bonuses. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the Esplanade, restaurants, shops, and the marina. Andrea was very easy to deal with—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the booking and stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cairns.

Great place to stay inside a good resort. Bec’s place was everything we expected, quiet room and location, good space, spa was great and shower had pressure like you never see. Would be back again no worries !

The apartment is fantastic, extremely clean and equipped with anything we needed. We particularly appreciated the Nespresso machine, and the pantry well stocked with Nespresso pods (our favourite flavours!). The building is clean and safe. Andrew has been a great host, and has been consistently in touch with us throughout our stay. He even offered us a late check out at no extra charge! We will definitely book this property again, should we come back to Cairns!

This is such a beautiful unit & location, we only used it for two nights coming back from Japan. The block out blinds were amazing after our overnight flight to have a morning rest. Such great facilities, 3 bedrooms with super comfortable beds & linen. The 2 bathrooms were handy with 5 adults & a 6 month old baby too. The coffee machine was a delight after being in Japan with their coffee. Such a relaxing outdoor veranda to drink coffee in the morning & have snacks in the afternoon looking over the pool. The area is quiet & the unit is well stocked & decorated that you feel at home. The guys were easy to communicate with our early morning arrival, leaving lights on & ensuring we had room for two cars which was very thoughtful. We definitely will use this unit again for a longer stay.
