Fantastic house in the mountains, large, bright and full of spaces to meet and share with friends or family. Swimming pool, barbecue, garden, large living room with fireplace, dining room with txoko-style kitchen and a huge game room with everything you need to have fun. It also has several work areas to be able to telework comfortably and at the same time enjoy the Sierra de Guadarrama, just 45 minutes from Madrid. The house is available as a vacation rental.

Beautiful house with pool

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!
