It's a lovely apartment with lots of space, a view out to the river, and spacious bedrooms. Communication was great. Walking distance from coffee and the maritime museum. I recommend this rental!

Jacob's listing was easy to find and simple to check in. The location has a dedicated parking spot in addition to street parking. The house was spotless and perfect for my wife, myself and our toddler. You are just blocks away from Blue Scorcher bakery, Bowpicker, Fort George Brewing and many other establishments. I would happily stay here again next time we are in town.

The stay was seamless and the host was very helpful with clear instructions. The home is beautiful and very accommodating. Its a decent walk down to the beach but was still very reasonable.

We had a lovely stay. My wife and 21 month old daughter felt right at home. The location was so great and accommodating for us to walk everywhere we needed to go. The space was very quiet, private and even had some books and toys that entertained our daughter despite the things we brought for her. The only thing missing was a bath tub to give her a bath every night, but we made it work. The house was bright and had really great natural lighting with south and west facing windows. Traci was very communicative and helpful every step of the way. Would definitely come back again and recommend for small families!

The house is very comfortable with great views of nature and the pond below. It is also very quiet, except for the ocean which is only about 2 blocks away. We loved everything about it!

Great location next to a beautiful beach (Private and Quiet). Short drive to Cannon Beach, for more hustle and bustle. Nice restaurants short drive. Well stocked with linens and any supply type items you would need. Vast Library and game collection as well as beach toys. We fit 8 adults very comfortably with small kids up to 12. Main level only has a master bath, with a full bath also on lower level.

5 Stars – A Perfect Home Away from Home! We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful beach house in Rockaway Beach! From the moment we walked in, it truly felt like a home away from home—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The decor was charming, the beds were super comfortable, and the views were absolutely stunning. We loved being just a short walk from the beach, and the quiet neighborhood made it easy to unwind. The pet friendly policy was amazing as we never travel without our dogs! Whether we were sipping coffee on the deck or enjoying a peaceful evening by the fireplace, every moment was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

We've visited Craig's place many times. It never disappoints. The owners take a lot of pride in their unit and they work hard to keep it in a neat, clean and well maintained home. The kitchen is well equipped, and very clean and organized. The unit is nicely furnished with a good-sized dining table, and comfortable living room furniture. The bedroom is charming, and quite spacious, with a comfortable bed and small desk. The view is spectacular. The sound of surf is never far away. Stress melts away from the moment we arrive. As I said, we have stayed in Craig's place many times, and we have so many wonderful memories of it.

Quite simply the most well-appointed space in which we have stayed via AirB&B. If you like to cook, as we do, you will not be disappointed; they have every appliance and utensil you could dream of, plus pantry ingredients, spices, coffee, etc. In addition, there are plenty of distractions for kids - foosball, ping-pong, games, bikes - if you/they need them, you will be delighted. And pets! They had dog beds and toys. You’ll also find toothbrushes/paste, and Qtips, and makeup remover wipes and robes and…. The surrounding houses are close, but easy to ignore. The beach is easy to access, and a leisurely 20 minute walk will take you to town. Need to drive? 5 minutes to Marzano’s (you should order a pizza). The exterior offers multiple decks, chairs and seating arrangements, a fire pit, a grill, and a basketball hoop. They even provide recycling in a place that is difficult to do so. We would return in an instant if given the chance.

Home away from home. ❤️ This place was really amazing and we didn’t want to leave. The house having a private beach access was amazing. The views were top notch. Having the hot tub was great after a long day walking the beach or coming back from exploring the coast. Also everything was at our fingertips if we wanted to stay in to cook or go out to eat. Everything was perfect. Thank you Scott and Sandy for hosting us and we can’t wait to stay again.

This condo was perfect for our party (2 couples). It was quiet, clean, and right in the heart of where we wanted to be.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean, the amenities were lovely, and the bed was super comfortable. Lisa was super communicative and helpful both after booking and during our stay. Would definitely love to stay here again, and also recommend it to anyone looking for a great location.

Our only regret was we could only stay for 2 nights but, will be trying to arrange another longer stay in the future. Condo was tastefully decorated and very clean. Gorgeous view from living area and very comfortable bedding.

Started out shaky due to cleaning service, not Austin. The unit cleaning was incomplete, no bed linens etc dirty linens piled in front of W/D closet after long day of travel arriving in the dark of night. Austin quickly responded and offered emergency clean the next morning, refunded cleaning fee and partial refund of rental. After check out the cleaning service did come to the rescue securing a watch left behind-so all in all great response. Unit is dated but sort of family beach vintage. It’s comfortable with easy beach access. We had a great stay and enjoyed evening wine on top floor with partial water view.

Spring’s place was very nice and looked even better than the photos. The view is incredible - we saw nice sunsets from the balcony. The condo itself was clean, nicely decorated, and felt homey. There was also an elevator which made it easy to bring our luggage in and out. We’d definitely recommend this place to all.

We love this gorgeous beachfront condo! The decor is absolutely beautiful and compliments the stunning view. Everything about this condo is calming and serene. All of the amenities make you feel at home. The only drawback I can mention is there is no Air Conditioning, only heat (AC is listed as an amenity in the description). We were lucky it was cool when we visited so we could open windows. Summer months would have made the condo too warm for us. Other than that, it was perfect! The location is ideal for visiting the Northern Oregon Coast. Not too far from Astoria, Cannon Beach, and Sand Lake where you can do some amazing 4 wheeling. We will definitely will return for another visit!
