The apartment was ideal for us for the amenities and for the location (near the beach and downtown). It has a spectacular view. The host and building manager, very accessible and very friendly. I would come back without hesitation!

The place is spotless, new, with the amenities it offers at an appropriate value. The members of the family enjoyed it. Would come back.

The place is a very quiet area, I have a very nice day and the pool of the place is quite large and very enjoyable. on the other hand in the depto there were chairs, umbrellas and even a parasol to leave in the car, very well equipped. the place has its own parking lot (no roofed)

The apartment is very nice, it has everything you show in the pictures. The street on which it is located, goes straight to the beach (it's a few blocks, but all straight). To spend a few days, it's great. You can also keep the car in a covered carport and the manager is available and very attentive to any need. IT IS pet FRIENDLY and that adds a plus.

Excellent apartment: very clean, well decorated and spacious (it is larger in person than it looks in the pictures). It has a great balcony for a post beach day drink. Very good location near the McDonald's de Bunge. Key the smart TVs with Netflix for rainy days. We travel 2 couples and the apartment was super comfortable.

The house is very nice, comfortable and clean, the neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by nature. Florence was very attentive and with clear instructions, it made us easy to access.

Beautiful house in Ostende. A pristine garden with two grills (one gas and one charcoal) for enjoying all kinds of meals. Covered garage for 2 cars, 3 bedrooms, 1 with en-suite bathroom.

Beautiful cabin, very complete and comfortable. Beautiful view of the forest and 150 meters from the spa and 200 meters from the center. A luxury!! Adrian is super friendly and attentive to our needs. We will definitely be back with our dogs.a pleasure!!

We stayed with six friends and honestly we didn't find a single negative point. Everything was perfect. From the first moment we felt at home. Cris and Griselda were super loving and attentive, always available for whatever we needed. The house is not just another one in Costa Esmeralda: it is a home. But the kind that are built with a lot of love. It's evident in every corner. It has a lot of space, several bathrooms, everything so comfortable that it is difficult for us to imagine a better house. We went in winter, and the radiant earthenware next to the fireplace made us always super comfortable. You won't feel the cold at any time! In fact, we didn't want to leave. But when we did, we had the beach just a block away. Thank you Cris for sharing your beach house with us. It was undoubtedly the best experience we had in an accommodation. I hope we'll be back soon.

The place is very nice and manicured. Silvina's apartment is beautiful and super well equipped. It doesn't seem like a rental apartment, but rather one to experience it. The location is excellent if one wants to be calm and enjoy the sea, sun, beach and tranquility. While you have to arrive with a van or a vehicle that has all-wheel drive, it is not far or difficult to get to. A 100% recommended place. Silvina is very helpful and is always available. Highly recommendable as a host.

The cabin is nice and simple, excellent value for money. Undoubtedly, the most remarkable thing is its location half a block from the center of Las Gaviotas. Ivana was very present on WhatsApp throughout the stay.

A stunningly equipped apartment next to the ocean. There was everything you needed and even more. You could watch the sunset from the balcony, and the beach was only a 3-minute walk away. We really wanted to stay longer.

We stayed 8 days with a pet. The place is just as it appears in the photos, even a little larger than what you can see in the photos. The complex is very nice and has everything to have a good time and relax. The location is excellent, a few blocks from downtown and one block from Avenida Martin Pescador that takes you directly to the beach. Claudio's attention from the first moment was excellent, always attentive to any need.
