Unbeatable. Pure design, good taste, comfort. Everything is like new and there are very nice welcome details such as water in the refrigerator, biscuits, tea, coffee, cacao, remove makeup and even a reception chocolate. The host is super nice and polite. Always willing to help and resolve. At night there is no noise or hassle. The apartment is close to everything in downtown area. I recommend it.

Everything was nicer than I expected. The apartment is beautiful, very warm and welcoming, with every detail designed to make the stay perfect. Mariano and Alicia's attention was excellent: always friendly, attentive and with the best predisposition. Also, they were super good with my dog Oliva which made us feel even more comfortable and welcome. Definitely a place I would love to go back to. Thank you for everything!

We stayed in the apartment of Rocío for a few days as a family (my wife, our two children and I) and it was a great experience. From the first moment, Rocío was very helpful and friendly, always available to answer our questions. The apartment was spotless, just as it appears in the photos: clean, comfortable and with everything you need for a relaxed stay. The location is very good, close to everything, but in a quiet area, ideal for rest. My children felt at home and so did we. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Rocío for everything!

Very good experience, the place is super quiet and close to very nice beaches. The house is beautiful with everything you need to have a good stay. The hosts were very welcoming!

The apartment is excellent and has a wonderful view! It has two bathrooms with a shower and is ideal for a stay of up to 4 people. Just for caution, the entrance to the parking lot is small, so if you have a very large car check the measures before with Noemí. Noemi is great, she responds on time and everything is 10. We would go back without hesitation!

Came here all the way from the USA for a quick 7 day stay had. Small grocery store right in front of the building so everything I needed was there had the gym all to my self most nights. If I ever need a quick stay Fernando will be the one I speak too!

The apartment is on the top floor of a very modern building with a very good view. Access from the elevator to the apartment is private, you don't cross paths with neighbors !! It is very comfortable and very well equipped. The garage is super easy to park and is a modern building with 24-hour security. A few blocks away are all the big food chains on Alem Street and in minutes you get delivery if you don't want to go out to look for something to eat. I'd definitely come back.

EXCELLENT!!! Really, everything I can write is not enough for what it deserves. Everything 10 out of 10. Beautiful apartment just like the photos, everything impeccable, everything available for use, impressive views of everything. With the windows it has and the comfort of everything, it even makes you want to stay inside all day. Lots of sunlight, which I love, and lots of air comes in when you open the windows. 1,000/10!!! They left us little gifts of candy and such upon arrival. Melany is a genius, GENIUS, GENIUSSSS. Super friendly, willing to help and very nice. She helped us when we left and everything. Thank you very much, I recommend it without thinking. We hope to be able to return. 🙌🏼💫⭐️✨

Antonella's apartment is simply spectacular. The access and garage are very comfortable, the building is in excellent condition and presentation. The apartment is of perfect quality and warmth. It is equipped and renovated with everything you need to enjoy a stay without missing anything and where every corner is designed to simplify and be comfortable. The apartment's location and views allow you to enjoy one of the city's most beautiful areas. The place was spotless from end to end. A separate paragraph and highlighting all the building deserves the attention of Antonella, with agile communication, responding instantly to everything, providing suggestions, with all the flexibility and willingness to make us feel comfortable and enjoy the stay. Leaving a place with the desire to return is the best way to synthesize the experience.

Excellent for those looking for a good place in Mar del Plata with secure parking, for those who are by car it is super fast to get to the center, I highly recommend it, communication with the host was very good, super nice and safe place, there is a convenience store next door that is very complete!

The apartment of Leticia was great, I would have stayed longer if I could, everything is very close by and the apartment has everything I needed and Mar del Plata is beautiful!

We had a great experience in this home. Fabián was always very predisposed to any concerns. The apartment is very comfortable, excellently equipped and with a beautiful view of the beach. Ideal for rest and feeling at home.

The view and location is excellent, the best. The depto is spotless just as seen in the photos. The heating is adjustable and very strong. Keep in mind that the third room with the bed is the one of service, very far from the rest of the rooms and bathrooms. The building is something old but in good condition. The access to the garage is somewhat uncomfortable due to the characteristics of the building. A minor detail: there was no complimentary toilet paper upon arrival, but the rest is 10 points.
