The apartment has a spectacular view of Mar del Plata. Super well located for a walk along the coast. Amazing sunrise and sunsets. We had a great time, and the super host!

They were flexible with the schedule when we arrived and when we left, we thank them for that. The apartment is just like the photos, comfortable, with everything you need for a good stay. It is one block from the beach and in the best area of Playa Grande, with access to supermarkets, bars, which you can walk to.

This apartment is a great choice for anyone wanting to spend a lot of time at playa grande or the nearby area. The apartment felt very high-end and modern, check-in was super easy, and Leticia is a very good communicator. The only problem I had was the WiFi would occasionally cut out randomly for a minute before coming back on.

Everything is perfect. Just like the photos, with everything you need for a super comfortable stay. I would have loved to stay a few extra days. I wish we'll come back another time.

The apartment is such.which is seen in the photos. Everything was very clean and new. I note that in the kitchen there was sponge, multi-purpose cloth and a little detergent. Religious. Well located

The stay was excellent! The house is beautiful, spacious and modernly equipped. The location is ideal to be close to the best beaches and you get easy transfer to the center. There is a lot of business nearby for the everyday or going out to eat even. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The service was excellent, always with a quick and friendly response. I recommend it and I would definitely come back!

I 100% recommend this place. To start, the hostess gave us the word she rented to us and despite having another proposal (which I saw in the app because it blocked the date) she respected what was previously discussed. He was super friendly and very willing to do everything. He was always quick to respond. The house is INCREDIBLE. Spacious, comfortable, beautiful, clean, very well kept. I can't make any constructive criticism because everything was perfect. Hopefully we can go back some other time.

The house is spectacular, it has everything detailed in the pictures. We went 3 humans and 3 dogs to spend Holy Week, everything out of 10, nothing was missing or failed. You have a mercadito 1 block away and another with butchery/greengrocer 4 blocks away (no need to take the car out). The beach literally 2 blocks away for walking. A clarification, to go to the rooms you climb a spiral staircase, which can be complicated for older people. Paragraph apart for Leandro, as soon as we arrived he received us, and he sent me all the necessary info by Whatsapp (places, recommendations, etc.). Super attentive, cool and available for everything. Definitely recommended to disconnect!

Maria Laura's house is just like the pictures. Very well equipped with everything you need to spend a family stay. The games room glued to the house with pool, ping pong and grill is a phenomenal plus!!! The neighborhood is very nice and safe, go to Los Acantilados beach that is great. Search for Chapa. 100% recommended.

Martin is an exceptional host. Attentive, friendly, communicative and always willing to find solutions. Our stay did not turn out to be what I expected and Martin was very willing to solve the problems. That alone deserves the best rating. Because sometimes things happen and the fact that he responded so positively shows the quality of the person he is. The location of the PH couldn't be better. Close to everything. The house is perfect for a short stay, it is spacious and safe.

Very nice apartment facing the coast, all light and window and wide ocean views. Jorge is an excellent host. The location is far from the center and on the Av Camet that is very busy.

Very well equipped 2 bedroom apartment in a very nice and quiet area of the city. Easy access to the various points (beaches, rest, coastal) without being in the center. It has 3 beaches nearby that you can walk without problems. The building is very well maintained. Communication with José is excellent. Always ready for a great stay. For 4 adults it is a little fair if you are used to large environments. The use of the pool is until 5pm. The gym as well as the pool, are charged per day or week. In short, we had a very nice stay. Definitely recommend it!

Everything was excellent! We were able to rest very well. Everything is very clean, in perfect condition. There were more things than you really need. Very nice area. Inés is very loving and always ready to help us with any questions we may have about the house. I would repeat the experience! A luxury!

The apartment is very comfortable; the view of the sea is spectacular, both from the living room and from the main bedrooms. It is fully equipped, even with thoughtful details such as táperes and board games, and the heating works great. Also, we were able to easily coordinate an earlier check in. It is also important to highlight the location, as it is close (less than five blocks) to supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. We will definitely be back!
