Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement d'Emanuele. Une maison neuve avec sa piscine et tout le nécessaire, pour passer un agréable moment !

We had an amazing holiday in San Javier thanks to the fantastic villa and the support and comms offered by the team at Resort Hosts. From the point of booking through to departure, the team were extremely responsive and assisted with several queries. However, it is the app that the Resort Hosts provide which took the experience to another level! Nearly everything we needed to know and lots more we hadn't thought of was within and helped with our expectations before we even left home! All in all, an amazing experience and holiday!

We have stopped on the resort many times over the years. This villa was bright, clean and modern. Very close to the supermarket and Jose was very quick to reply to any queries.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Andrea’s Villa. Andrea was super helpful and always available - before arrival and throughout our stay. A great host! The outdoor space and pool were perfect for us. The Villa was clean with everything you need. It really was a great holiday for us! Mar Menor resort is safe, quiet with facilities such as padel and gym available to use. Cannot recommend more. We will return when next in Murcia. Thanks!

Wir waren von dem Haus total begeistert. Fußläufig ist alles zu erreichen - Supermärkte, Strand, Restaurants. Einfach nur perfekt. Peter ist ein super toller Gastgeber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und haben auch noch schöne Empfehlungen und Tipps für Unternehmungen etc. erhalten. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Der Ort Los Alcázares und die direkt Umgebung haben uns zu dem auch noch sehr gut gefallen.

Isabel has been a fantastic hostess, she has been at any moment to keep us comfortable and to make sure we were always welcome. La Manga Club has a privileged setting in which to make excursions and visits to the surrounding areas absolutely wonderful. The neighbourhood is very quiet and picturesque and Isabel's house is very charming and nicely decorated to make our stay perfect.

I was a bit worried having read some past reviews, but everything was great. We had a very comfortable and peaceful stay. This is a second home, so has some extra touches over and above the normal expectations. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this rental. You can walk into town but having a car did help. Los Alcázares was a nice town too. Not one bad meal out and good value for money. We hope to return again Thank you

We had a great time as a group of friends at the place. The pictures are accurate and we had a blast playing tennis, ping pong, and swimming in the pool. Fini was very responsive in case of questions. The location is a bit far from grocery stores (10-15 minutes walk) which can be difficult without a car in hot days. Highly recommended to rent cars (it's not expensive) as Uber or taxi is difficult to find. Car rental was cheaper than paying one way Uber from airport for us. A suggestion for the host: there were two rooms with bunk beds and 4 rooms with queen beds. It would be much more pleasant to have two single beds or queen beds instead of the bunk beds. Especially for the group of friends that are multiple couples.

spent 11 days in the villa with all of the family children and Grandchildren, all really enjoyed the villa and location. Car was essential to visit local beaches and surrounding villages but well worth it. would definitely recommend the Villa and area.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa and Pavo was a wonderful host. He contacted me in the week before we arrived to check our flight times and answer any questions. He was very flexible with our check-in time and met us at the villa to give us a tour. The villa is even better than the photos and description. So peaceful, very clean, and had everything we needed. We requested that the pool be heated and it was a lovely temperature which meant the children spent a lot of time in it. I would really recommend this villa. Thank you Pavo and team!

This beautiful villa will not disappoint! It really does have the wow factor. Outdoor facilities are spectacular-the pool was very clean and well kept, the tennis courts same with fabulous flood lights to allow play late into the evening and the children really enjoyed the well kept Astro to kick around a ball. There is also a table tennis table and a putting area for golf. The cupboard in the hallway has all the equipment necessary to play these sports! The hosts really have thought of everything! The villa itself was spotless when we arrived. Kitchen is lovely and has plenty of storage and an island to sit at for snacks looking on the beautiful grounds. . Another dining area if you wish to do a more formal sit down dinner. Spacious sitting room for relaxing in the evening too again with lovely views. The host management company couldn’t do enough to help us. Any request we had (extra table tennis gear, duvets for night time or re arranged check out) were all accommodated by the office in a prompt and timely fashion. A car may be useful as the villa is over near the Las Lomas part of La Manga. I believe in normal times there is a shuttle which doesn’t run in covid times so one definitely needs to arrange their own transport to get around at the moment. Plenty of restaurants in the area to visit. We went into Los Belones and many around the La Manga resort. All in all a top vacation!

This was honestly the best villa I've ever been to! It was private, incredibly beautiful and so clean . The outside area is like stepping into the love island villa. The pool was huge and gorgeous. There were all different places to sit outside. Whether you're eating, socialising or even a little hut to drink in and a bbq area! jacuzzi with jets!! The pictures don't don't do it justice! I couldn't have asked for anything more from this experience. The host was the best host I've had through air bnb. Nothing was too much trouble and response times were very quick. One of the girls even left their passport in the villa and the host actually drove it to us with no questions asked!! We didn't actually want to leave the villa to explore/ go to beach clubs because nothing compared to the area we already had. If I could give the villa and host more than 5 stars I would! I've been to plenty of beautiful villas but this tops all of them hands down. It's kid friendly also not just for adults!!

This is a resort like home and well worth the amount paid. The process of booking, checking in and checking out was easy and straightforward. Enrique was always available to assist in any manner and did so in a professional and pleasant way. I recommend this villa highly. We had two groups in other villas not a part of this property and this was by far the most enjoyable.

Beautiful house. Very close to super markets for home cooking in a lovely kitchen or easily walkable into the centre of San Javier or down to the beach in Santiago de la Ribera.

coup de cœur pour la zone piscine et une maison à l'esprit familial. Salvador à toujours été d'une gentillesse extrême et à l'écoute pour rendre le séjour agréable. les chambres climatisées sont très confortables et les différents espaces permettent d'adapter la vie de la famille aux ambiances et à la météo. Un séjour très heureux pour nous tous!

A wonderful and relaxing villa we have just spent 11 nights at. It is a luxury villa with all home comforts thought of. A wonderful swimming pool and outdoor area to relax both daytime and evenings and a weber barbecue. Eleanor the owner was a pleasure to deal with during the booking process and answered all my questions very quickly. Will definitely be returning to stay very soon.

Una casa increíble, moderna pero con personalidad, enclavada en un lugar muy especial. Vale la pena sin duda. Además la piscina climatizada es todo un lujo. La zona no la conocíamos y nos encantó, especialmente las playas más cercanas a la casa. Muy recomendable.

The villa was a great space for us - the pool and hot tub were superb and it was well worth paying for the pool to be heated. The kitchen was very well equipped with so many glasses/plates etc. There were plenty of beach towels for use by the pool and lots of loungers/cushions available. Katleen was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to messages.
