Everything was perfect. I was especially impressed with the view, the comfort, and the privacy. Being able to have my coffee in peace, or even to unwind in front on the tv, after a day of activities, meant the world to me. I would definitely come back just to enjoy that beautiful, quiet space. Worth every penny.❤️

Beautifully decorated and well-appointed studio in a lovely neighbourhood in Santa Monica. It’s a little haven - very peaceful after a day’s travelling. The studio is squeaky clean & extremely well-equipped - Darlene has thought of everything - top-notch vegan-friendly toiletries too. The bed is super-comfy with quality bedding. The kitchen is very well-stocked. I only wished we could have stayed longer than two nights. The outside area is delightful and very private. However the outstanding feature of this Air BnB is Darlene herself. What a fantastic warm welcome - it makes such a difference! Freshly baked chocolate chip banana bread and British PG Tips!! Very thoughtful and made us feel right at home. A fantastic host!! The beach and Main Street are a mile away - everything in description is accurate - and there are some lovely cafes and shops within a 10-minute walk. Thyme cafe was perfect for breakfast!! Highly recommend!! Thank you Darlene!

We had a lovely stay at Andrews place. Beautiful quiet and safe area with walking distance to cafés and restaurants. The cottage had everything we needed, a nice big bathroom, small fridge and a coffee station. Andrew was super nice and easy to communicate with. The only thing I would say is that the outside area didn’t quite match the pictures with kids toys and such, but if you’re not planning on being outside it won’t bother you. Other than that the pictures matches the cottage!

I had a really great stay here at Nataly’s the place was very clean and neat and the garden outside is breathtaking would love to stay here again soon ;)

Martha was an excellent host, gave us some great brunch recommendations and allowed us a late check out. Her place was good, the bed was very very comfortable and we appreciated the separate living space!

Our stay at Haim's place was great! Close to everything and peaceful road in a nice neighborhood! The place itself was perfect for a couple. The bed is firmer than I prefer, but was perfect for my partner. Our only suggestion/critique would be to bring your own TP unless you don't mind provide 1-ply toilet paper.

Absolutely wonderful experience staying at Maria’s place. She went the extra mile to ensure my parents had a perfect stay, and her care and attention to every detail were clear from the start. The property is really really beautiful – thoughtfully designed, perfectly clean, quiet, private, and located in a lovely area. It’s very obvious how much Maria cares about both her home and her guests. We are so grateful for her kindness and hospitality, and we would definetly stay here again. Highly recommended!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful Santa Monica home. The location is absolutely perfect – just a walk to the shops, and restaurants, yet still quiet and peaceful at night. The house was sparkling clean, stylishly decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. One thing I really appreciated was the extra cleaning service provided after a week – it made such a difference and showed great attention to guest comfort. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful. They gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and were super helpful with parking, which made everything so much easier. I felt very welcome from the moment I arrived and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Terri’s pace! The main plus for us was the location. It’s in a very nice and peaceful neighbourhood that’s easily walkable to lots of cool places or a short taxi ride to the main sites of Hollywood. Terri was always friendly and responsive, plus they were happy to accommodate our slightly later check-out time which we appreciated. Would recommend for anyone staying in WeHo for a few days!

Ishka was a great host; had all the amenities listed. Bed was comfortable. Had a great selection of books! Found one to read.

I booked this location of days prior, but Jeffrey was a very helpful and responsive host! Traveling solo, this place was very cozy and accommodating. Entire layout for one person was great, no complaints on my end. Check in was also very brief and easy, Jeffrey was very flexible with check in times which I have not always had the best luck with before. Only thing I think is a slight setback (which again, has nothing to do with the property itself) is its location up on a hill. If you plan on doing anything within walking distance, get ready to walk up the steep hill and steps this property has. I would recommend taking a Lyft/Uber if going out in the nearby area. Other comments include the proximity to the LA metro towards Union Station or Pasadena, if you are traveling on public transportation like I was.

We truly enjoyed our stay in the Hollywood Hills! The home was peaceful, beautifully designed, and surrounded by nature. The swing and treehouse-like deck made it feel like a hidden retreat. Everything was clean, thoughtful, and comfortable, and the host was wonderful. Highly recommended!

I’m a local to the area and this location is perfect, it’s on a peaceful quiet street and up on a hill with a nice view for sunset. Highly recommend if you want to enjoy a sunset on the patio or spend time working remotely, it’s a special spot. The stairs to the unit are public stairs (steep, concrete stairs) and more of a hike than expected, would not recommend for someone with any injuries or concerns with flights of stairs. Not the most kid friendly.

I really enjoyed staying here, it was very clean and cozy! It also is near everything in LA so that was nice. I would stay here again!☺️

Dan's place is a gem. Absolutely a great find. This was my first time in LA so I wasn't sure what to expect. We were welcomed with a bowl of melons. Much needed on a nice summer day. Thanks, Dan! The room is spacious and very comfortable. Loved open windows as we get light breeze throughout the day. We didn't explore much in this neighborhood. We drove to other places. WiFi worked great for my work. Overall, we had a great time. I am definitely going to look for this place when I come back to LA next time.

Tamryn's place exceeded my expectations in every way. The pictures were accurate, and yet somehow did not do justice to just how special the apartment or its surroundings are! There were many thoughtful touches throughout: there was ground coffee, half and half, Greek yogurt and granola available in the fridge for breakfast, hand lotion and sunscreen available in the bathroom, and it seemed that the linens had been washed in scentless detergent, which I really appreciate because I'm super sensitive to soaps and scents. The apartment itself was surprisingly spacious, with a full-size bathroom and cute kitchenette and dining table overlooking their gardens. It was perfect for a weekend stay and I found myself wishing I could stay even longer. Many thanks to Tamryn and her family for the comfortable and well-appointed guest suite!

Our stay was amazing! The apartment is beautiful and we felt comfortable right from the beginning! Parking was super easy at all times, getting inside worked out without any problems and the place felt really private because of the separate entrance. Teresa is a kind and supportive host and always responding fast! We would definitely stay here again :)

My second stay here and I always love every moment. Quiet, private and tucked away down some stairs at the back of the hosts' residence. Gregory is super friendly and very responsive to any questions or requests. Bed is super comfy (I have a lumbar disc issue and I did not experience any pain or discomfort). There is a sizable bathroom and attached closet with a sliding door for privacy. Perfect for a solo traveler, a couple or two very good friends. Plenty of coffee pods provided. Neighborhood is peaceful, safe and convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and freeways. Ample parking available that does not require a resident pass. Hoping to return next year for my annual visit!

We had a really great stay at Myrna & Bruce’s place! It was a hot few days, but the AC unit was up to the challenge thankfully. We loved the private quiet neighborhood, and the easy access to everything we had to do in North Hills, Malibu, and Westlake Village. The hosts were quick to respond to a few questions I had, also I must mention how clean the place was, and how lovely and plush the towels all were. Would stay again! Thank you.

The patio is very nice to sit there to eat or chat or relax, with all green trees and vegetations surrounding you. Comfortable bed and sofa. The neighborhood is quiet. We had good night sleep. Very good experience. Mic is very nice and friendly. Would come back again.

We loved the outside seating area and that couch - my goodness we loved that couch! I fell asleep on that thing every night.
