Ideal for three people who love animals (a shepherd and two cats live in the garden). Not suitable for children from 2 to 10 years old due to small ponds on the property. A beautiful seaside location just 5 minutes from home. A car is recommended to get to Cagliari and the beautiful beaches of southern Sardinia. The owner lives in the other wing, so there is total privacy.
