Great experience staying at Richard’s place. It’s located in the heart of Albany that is easy to access motorway, bus station, shopping mall and restaurants. This place is cozy and has everything we needed. Richard is super responsive too! Would highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for an Airbnb in this area.

So good we had to come back. Another great stay. Close to the village and cafes and restaurants. A fantastic place to stay, cosy, clean and comfortable. So many extras, tea, coffee, cereal, milk, bathroom products. Home away from home!

We enjoyed our stay at this One cool place! A bit tricky with the carpark, but great location and lots of great food options nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at this warm and cozy nest that truly felt like a home away from home. Heather was absolutely lovely and thoughtful - she even left an umbrella for us to use during the rainy days, which was such a kind gesture. Check-in was a breeze with clear and easy-to-follow instructions. The location was also perfect, just a short drive to Pak'N Save, Woolworths, and plenty of delicious Asian food options. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay again!

A beautiful view from every room and a heated pool was great in winter! I had a birthday party here and all my guests enjoyed their stay.

The house is spotless, beautifully clean, and equipped with high-quality furniture and appliances that are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. The hosts are incredibly kind and attentive, providing everything we could possibly need and more. I regret booking only two days—I wish I had more time to enjoy this amazing place. It’s truly a gem, and I can’t recommend it enough. Thank you for such a wonderful and unforgettable stay!

Absolutely beautiful house, we had a great stay at Fiona's place! It's a great location too, it was lovely being able to walk down to the beach. Everything is as listed and looks like the photos, would definitely recommend to other guests.

The place was gorgeous — beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Paul and Hong were wonderful hosts! The place and the neighborhood are amazing! Friendly people and safe. So close to everything, restaurants, grocery store, bus and of course, the beach. There is an excellent walk along the ocean from St. Heliers right to downtown Auckland. Place is beautiful and has everything you need and very clean. Beautiful, cosy cottage! Close to Onetangi beach (the best on the island) and near great breaky and dinner spot! Daragh had awesome communication and provided a fabulous list of recommendations.

We had a great stay in this lovely accommodation. Perfect for a couple. It was very quiet despite being off a main road and it was fantastic having the bus into the city right outside the door. John’s apartment is not a great apartment. No, it’s a VERY great apartment, probably the best I have ever rented in Auckland. Ideally located, very well furnished, full of light, it ticks all the boxes.

Really great place we enjoyed our stay the balcony is really nice to sit on great sunsets and the sound proofing is quite good so you don’t hear the motorway. Really close to Albany mall and the surrounding bays, so many great places to eat. And it was only 20 mins into the city. Would recommend it for a super affordable stay in Auckland.

Thank you for a lovely stay Lilly. Lillys place is lovely, it was walking distance to Ponsenby shops and central to all the areas we wanted to visit. Lilly had a cot set up for our daughter when we arrived and was very welcoming. She left us to it after showing us how to get into the apartment. The house spacious and clean and the house had everything that we needed. A beautiful home.

It’s just very unique to be in a very private building right in the middle of a fantastic beach town on what is probably the best urban beach in New Zealand. You will love it!
