The Casa sul Porto was born from the love of its owners for Maratea, a Lucanian town considered the pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea, a very green amphitheater that has the sea as its stage. It is located a few meters from the small tourist port of Maratea, the village where the residence is located is immersed in a network of stairs, arches and narrow passages. On the one hand it is surrounded by greenery, on the other it has a magnificent view of the Christ. The house is very bright and each apartment has at least one view of the sea.

My place is close to the Masseta Marine Park with beautiful panoramic views; 8 minutes by car from Scario center, 15 minutes from Sapri, the City of the Gleaner and starting point of the Cammino di San Nilo, 20 minutes from the caves of Morigerati and the Capelli di Venere waterfall. It is located in the countryside, in a panoramic and quiet place, outside the town, with private parking and a large garden. The apartment is suitable for couples, families, including those with children, and groups of friends.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the old grandparents' house. My grandfather built it with his hands and us we restore. The Tana Libera Tutti project was born in 2015. We created "Tane" in my grandparents' and great-uncles' old house, which we renovated with our own hands. :) Since 2025, Francesco (sancho for friends) has been became Official and Exclusive Guide of the Pollino National Park. All amenities are at your fingertips and you don't need to use the car. The open-space apartment is on the third floor of a family building and does NOT have an elevator. The use of a barbecue on the terrace is STRICTLY prohibited by municipal regulations.
