The bedroom has an attic with a single bed, a double bed, a closet as well as a small desk. The main area, the living room has a four-seat comfortable sofa, a TV, and a wood-stove. The charming and spacious Spa Villa Skaloma of 120sqm with large spaces and sunny lounge that is open to the south, is a luxury two-storey villa that can accommodate up to six people, in two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Villa, the combination of high ceilings with large tree trunks and large openings, allow a stunning view of the sea. “It's built in with the sea" as it is only 10 meters away from it and is located in the best part of the beach, under plane trees and near a small sea platform.

Located right in the heart of Patras, this beautiful 2-bedroom penthouse apartment, sits inside a pre-war building which belonged to my Greek grandfather. The building hosts the oldest working elevator in Patras, though a new elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony. Whilst only steps away from all the shops, restaurants and bars the apartment remains a quiet space.

Το Seaside retreat house , βρίσκεται στο χωριό Παραλία Σεργούλας στον Κορινθιακό Κόλπο . Το ισόγειο που παραχωρείται στους επισκέπτες είναι ένα αυτόνομο σπίτι 110 τ.μ με ξεχωριστή είσοδο και βρίσκεται εντός ενός οικοπέδου 700 τ.μ, 70 μέτρα από την παραλία , με γαλαζοπράσινα κρυστάλλινα νερά και δέντρα για σκιά . Η κατοικία ολοκληρώθηκε το 2022 και περιβάλλεται από ένα πανέμορφο φυσικό τοπίο και έναν υπέροχο κήπο που είναι στην αποκλειστική χρήση των επισκεπτών.

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! The stylish apartment is located in the heart of Nafpaktos, very much the perfect base from which to explore the city from. My apartment is in a quiet alley in the old town of Nafpaktos, merely some yards from the old Port of Nafpaktos, the Mpotsaris Tower, and Psani Beach. From the balcony, one can enjoy the great sea view and the view of the Venetian Castle of Nafpaktos. The apartment retains the unique character of the architecture of the old town of Nafpaktos.
