Beachfront holiday rentals in Marathon

The house was great. Close boat ramps to put the boat in not far from the house. Everything was as described or better/bigger than expected. Enjoyed our stay here.

We stayed in two smaller house boats while we were there before brads. Rectangular shaped single stories with a flat roof area for lounging. They were beautiful.. but unstable, uncomfortable, limited in space, no hot water, had to shower 200 yards away, awful mosquitos, no reliable internet, lack of kitchen ability, I’m 32 my wife is 30 and our son was five months. Pretty looking, but miserable. Especially if wind wasn’t below 5mph. Not to mention the toilets had problems on both! When we got to brads house boat Holly Cow! What a difference. What a relief. Multiple rooms, comfortable beds, no issues with hot water or internet or kitchen. The space was excessive. Very comfortable. Needed some TLC inside but overall it was fantastic. Everything worked like a real 2br 3ba home. I will book this boat everytime as long as it lives. Private marina, quiet, great neighboring boats. Private outdoor waterfront recreational areas. 100% best key west experience I’ve had and I go every year.

Rachel’s home is so beautiful and relaxing. The area is perfect. We had such a nice time! My daughter has pet allergies, and she had no issues at all the two days she joined us because it was so spotless and clean.

Great stay, we all enjoyed our mini vacation. This place is excellent. This is our 2nd time visiting this house and we loved it. Definitely we're coming back.

Beautiful home, we come down to fish and dive, couldn't be a better location to keep our boat and get offshore quickly. Everything is within 5 minutes of the home and the bait shop and ice is at the end of the street. Super convenient. Public boat ramp is a 5 minute boat ride away. Definitely recommend

The Baycation was amazing! Heidi is an excellent host, she met us at the boat the first night as there are some housekeeping things to go through. It is a boat after all! The space was perfect for the two of us. Great decor and it had everything we needed for cooking our fresh caught fish! We took the paddle boards out to the island and great to see some great wildlife! The Old Tav has the best eggplant parm and the Cuban cafe has amazing coffee and pastries! A bonus for us was getting to meet the local dock kitty, Sasha! 😻 such a sweet girl! It was so cool to sit on the beck deck and watch the mullet, tarpon and barracuda! We highly recommend Heidi’s place!!

Fantastic stay, and a fantastic host! They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay and the location was great, home was cute, clean and well maintained. The property was beautiful and meticulously cared for with amazing views and fun outdoor activities including kayaks, paddle boards, corn hole and "harmless" hatchet throwing! Definitely would visit again

We came down for a weeks vacation brought two boats, plenty of space on the docks. Communication with Meredith was great. Great location.

We enjoyed our stay very much. He was always very responsive and took care of anything we needed. Might be coming back another time in the future.

We had a great week at Kari's place. We were blown away by the view from the terrace. The apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed. The use of the nearby Cabana club was a real bonus. Colony Key is about an hour from Key West, so it was well located for all sorts of activities. Would love to return one day. Thanks Kari. Our stay exceeded our expectations! Everything from the instructions for checkin and out from the host to the beautiful house and location was above and beyond. The houae is so perfect and you truly feel like you are in Paradise everyday! The sunrise and sunset are breathtaking from the deck/dock. ALL of the advertised pictures are exactly what to expect but even better in person. I enjoyed the pool as much as sitting on the deck and dock. Our son is 12 and a fisherman and he was able to fish from sun up to sundown! Our family will be returning hopefully several more times! My family and I really enjoyed this home the pictures do not do it justice it’s beautiful. The owners are very responsive and we were even able to check in a day early ! The canal was awesome , a boat is a must and so much fun. We saw manatees and iguanas. The private pool was fun all together a great experience.

This home is even more than the pictures show! It is an extraordinary home for people who love the sun, shade, beach, and the beautiful home just makes it a luxurious vacation. I could not find one aspect I didn’t love.❤️

The condo was beautiful and clean with high end furnishings. The ocean views were amazing! The chairs on the deck were very nice and comfortable. The pool was cool and refreshing and well maintained. Pamela was a pleasure. I would love to stay here again. The only thing I needed was more time!

Randall's place was amazing! Exactly what we were looking for - beautiful views of the canal with a dock and views on the other side of the house facing the golf course. The sunrise and sunsets were spectacular here and we loved the beach at the Cabana Club. The bed was also extremely comfortable. Roy and Randall got right back to us with any questions we had. The entire stay was perfect. couldn't have asked for more. Thanks so much!!

The place was amazing!! plenty of room for our family of 5. All of the fishing equipment was awesome!! From the rods and tackle, to the deep freezer with bait, the extras made the whole trip more enjoyable. Loved the house. It was perfect!!! Will definately be back in the future!! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

Beautiful clean inviting home! Comfortable and felt right at home. Our family had a great vacation here! Location was perfect for our stay as our family loves to Scuba dive, snorkel, fish, explore museums and nature and just relaxing and eating out.

From the moment we arrived, we felt like we had found our own private slice of paradise. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts of home—plus the added bonus of breathtaking ocean views and island vibes. The location couldn’t have been better. Tucked away in a peaceful part of Marathon, we were just minutes from everything—the beach, boat rentals, amazing restaurants, and the iconic Seven Mile Bridge. The property itself was incredibly well-equipped: a fully stocked kitchen, super comfortable beds, high-speed WiFi. What really made this place stand out was the outdoor space. The private dock was perfect for fishing and sunset cocktails, and the pool made it hard to ever want to leave. We even spotted dolphins just off the dock one morning—unreal! We have three boys and they LOVED being able to fish anytime they wanted. We caught over 12 species of fish from the back dock. The kayaks were very handy! We just rented two more and We loved getting out in the mornings for a family kayaking adventure and the boys fished any chance they got. They even caught a nurse shark! The house was clean and well decorated. There were handy items such as sunscreen and life vests. It was a great place for a family of five.

Excellent host and great home and location. Fishing from the dock, grill on the patio. Lovely decor throughout the property. Made for an excellent choice for my wife’s milestone birthday celebration and Ramon and Ana made that extra special with a birthday banner. Would visit again travel plans permitting

We had a wonderful family vacation getaway at Katie and Cody’s place. The house was very clean, and the location is great as well with accessibility to food, Publix, and great beaches. Our favorite aspect of the house was the small pool. Our teenagers played in it endlessly, and when they were gone we enjoyed relaxing on the pool floats. Communication with Katie was top notch. She always responded quickly and had great follow through with any issues we had. they definitely go above and beyond to provide resources of fun activities and resteraunts in the area. We would definitely stay here again!
