⚠️ Before booking, please note that the accommodation is equipped with a DRY TOILET ⚠️ In addition, access to the room is via a fairly steep miller's ladder (see photo). In the heart of Perche, close to all shops, close to Mortagne au Perche and Mêle sur Sarthe, this duplex will combine functionality and calm of the countryside. A few steps from the greenway, this studio is ideal for stopping during a hike, bike ride or horseback ride.

This family home is in the center of town, you have walking access to all shops (bar, convenience store, bakery, pharmacy...) 500m from the lake of the Melois country with leisure base (swimming) open July and August . The accommodation is equipped for a night and/or weekly rental, we accepted craftsmen. Sheets and towels provided

A peaceful oasis in the middle of Parc du Perche

In the Perche Regional Park, next to La Perrière, we found our haven of peace and happiness, in perfect harmony with the beautiful nature of these places. The guest house is in the garden, just across the main house where we live all year round, surrounded by meadows, forest and Percheron horses.
