Die Souterrainwohnung ist eine hochwertig ausgestattete, helle und gemütlich eingerichtete 1-Zi Wohnung mit 36qm, großzügigem Bad und einer neuen, voll ausgestatteten Einbauküche. Vom Flur der FeWo gehen die Türen zu den Kellerräumen/Heizungsanlage ab. Der Flur darf deshalb nicht abgeschlossen werden.

There is no sink. The dishes are washed by us daily. The upper floor has no apartment door. The rooms and bathroom can be locked.
