What a beauty!!! This house was better than the pictures and the descriptions provided! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly think of - and we had a blast making some meals and dining by the pool. The pool was gorgeous and warm, with lots of sun through late afternoon. We rented bikes, fished from the dock, and made use of the gym in the garage. Rusty called to welcome us, made some recommendations on places we’d not tried previously, and explained how a few things worked. He stopped by when we had a challenge using the surround sound system. He was a very thoughtful host, and checked in an additional time to make sure all was as expected. We’re already looking forward to returning!! Thanks again for a great week!

I had the opportunity to stay in this apartment. From the beginning, the instructions were very clear. The location is spectacular, just minutes from the beach. The apartment is very clean and organized, with all the necessary amenities for a fantastic stay. The community is very quiet. Mary was an excellent host. Definitely highly recommended.

the accommodation is large, with really home feeling, very good towels, large balcony, top floor with birds chirping near, beach with white sand and shells… same ease of check in as with hotel. Fred was adapting my last minute check-in and went beyond generosity. felt very safe. top class promotion of Airbnb philosophy.

My husband and I have been going to Marco island since we were kids and we’re so happy to have found the perfect Airbnb to now start our own beach vacation tradition with our little one. Michelle was a fantastic host. She let us check in early as we got to the island and it was quite hot out so we needed a place to drop our stuff before heading out. The unit is super cozy with great views to the canals. It is near old Marco Shopes and walking distant to great breakfast, fresh seafood, and bars on the water. Yet the place is extremely peaceful and in the mornings it was very quiet which we loved. Would highly recommend staying here!!!

Great, friendly neighborhood. House was clean, nicely decorated and even had bikes to use. It was so close to beach parking and there was almost no traffic. Would definitely stay again.
