It has a large living room, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (2-burner gas stove, microwave, wood-burning stove/salamander with oven, kitchen furniture, etc., bathroom and porch). Outside, there is a granite table and grill. Free access to all the Quinta's facilities: 2 swimming pools (one of them covered), soccer field, tennis, slide, playground and lounge.

It is located in the parish of Salvador do Monte, in Amarante, district of Porto, Portugal (41º 14' 6'' N 8º 5' 31'' W). Our house, due to its characteristics and surroundings, with a swimming pool, a small forest and a totally fenced area, is essentially aimed at family vacations, especially with children. The house is not prepared for festive gatherings of groups of young people.
