I thank Estelle and Aurélie again for this impeccable short stay, disconnected, with miles of beautiful beach accessible from the garden. 🧡 The accommodation is ultra clean, functional (nothing is missing), quiet, with panoramic views and beautiful sea. Chatelaillon beach 3 km away adds to the charm of this very good location. It was perfect for a break.

Marianne's apartment is a hidden gem. Absolutely quiet, with adorable little terrace - a dream. There is everything you want. For cyclists, the bathtub is a highlight and the bikes can be placed very safely in a small courtyard. The communication with Marianne was excellent; very quick response. We felt very comfortable.

Brigitte is super nice and very helpful. The apartment is super clean, large, very quiet, with heating and equipped with everything you need. The location is central in the old town center, in a few minutes you can walk to the harbor. Nearby there are many restaurants and shopping. Arriving by car is a bit complicated due to the location of the apartment (no stopping and parking in front of the apartment). There are parking spaces in the vicinity, but many of them are subject to a charge. Free parking is available near the adjacent park. All in all, it was a very nice stay in La Rochelle. Our stay in this apartment was excellent. The space is very well used, with a functional layout that makes everything comfortable and cozy. Despite not being very large, the bathroom surprises with its spaciousness and comfort, something that is greatly appreciated. The location is another great point in favor: it is in a quiet and peaceful area, ideal for resting, but at the same time well located, with easy access to everything you need. The apartment is very well equipped, we lacked nothing during our stay. In addition, the host had several details that made our visit even more pleasant, which shows genuine attention to the well-being of the guests. In short, it is a perfect space for a couple looking for tranquility without giving up comfort. We definitely recommend it!

Perfect place! Everything is there, you will feel at home! However, a small downside! The hotplates are buggy... they turn off, turn back on, turn off... otherwise we were still really good! Thanks to Jonathan for his responsiveness!

Excellent quiet accommodation and in accordance with the description, very clean and very bright. Attentive host. Parking on site is a plus, the absence of a washing machine is the only problem... We had a great stay in this quiet neighborhood of Royan, equidistant from the city and the beach.

Very nice welcome from Frédéric. We stayed there on a long weekend with our baby, the studio space was quite sufficient. The common courtyard is very pleasant. Perfect location, with views of the port, shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity (without the associated noise pollution). Frédéric was very available for all questions. I recommend it.
