El piso dispone de una habitación grande con cama de matrimonio y armario, sofá cama en el comedor y un mueble que se convierte en una pequeña cama. Además también dispone de una galería para tender y guardar los trastos de la playa. La piscina esta abierta los meses de verano, fuera de este periodo mejor consultar.

A 25 km de la ciudad de Valencia y 10 km de la playa de Cullera, una de las más grandes y turísticas de la provincia. Totalmente equipado para cualquier época del año: aire acondicionado, calefacción, ventiladores de techo, calefactores, TV con internet y cocina con básicos (café, azúcar, sal y aceite).
