Holiday rentals with a patio in Margaret Island

The apartment was perfect for what we needed 3 people and all amenities. Clean beds already made. It's not massive but if you are a small group, great We were there for a concert it took 30 to 40 mins with public transport perfect. Sounds crazy, worried when we arrived two gray buildings either side and one beautiful building in the middle, that was ours. If I come back to Budapest that is were we will go 🤩😁

It was a great location, lots of things in walking distance. The apartment was perfect for what we needed- nice and clean. The host was great with recommendations and communicated instructions on how to access the apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location was perfect—easily accessible by public transit, making it convenient to explore Budapest. We especially loved the private rooftop patio, which was a great place to relax. The apartment had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The host provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, and each one we tried was fantastic. Highly recommend!

A very comfortable apartment for a couple. 6th floor but with excellent lift service. Safe neighbourhood. Very well located in the Jewish quarter - less than 10 mins walk to Dohany synagogue. Less than 20 mins walk to St Stephans Cathedral and Parliament builbings respectively. All walks on Pest obviously flat. We didn't self cater but the kitchen looked pretty well supplied with equipment. We thought price was very good value for money. We thoroughly recommend it.

We’ve just returned to the UK after 5 wonderful nights in Budapest! The city had come highly recommended by friends and family and we decided to go for an apartment rather than a hotel for more flexibility. The apartment is modern, in a great location which meant we could walk everywhere and the air-con and balcony was a huge plus in summer! We felt so at home in this apartment and this made our trip even better. Clear instructions were given on location and how to access the apartment, the host was very responsive and helpful prior to and during the trip and sorted out a matter we raised very quickly. I would recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Budapest and we would certainly return!! We are just considering if it will be this year or next! Functional and pleasant apartment for our girls' trip to discover Budapest. The sun and the heat were there, the terrace was nice. We chose to walk a lot, it is possible to use public transport nearby. There are also small shops quite close, which is convenient.

We had a lovely stay at Peter’s apartment. It was cozy, spotless, and just as described. Peter was an excellent host—very responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The check-in process was smooth, with clear instructions that made the apartment easy to find. While the location isn’t right in the center of the tourist area, it’s still accessible. You can take public transport or enjoy a scenic 30–40 minute walk across the river into Pest to visit landmarks like St. Stephen’s Basilica and the Parliament building. On the plus side, the apartment is in a quieter residential area and offers a lovely view of Buda Castle. One thing to note: the apartment is near a tram line, so you will hear trams passing by at night. It didn’t bother us much, but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs just in case. We also had to look up how to use the cooker/oven, so a quick user guide would be a helpful addition. Overall, a clean and comfortable place to stay—we’d be happy to return!

We stay frequently in AirBnBs and this is one of the best we’ve been in: beautiful decor, lots of storage, comfortable beds, super quiet with windows closed, and great AC. There were also 2 desks and high speed Wi-Fi which was helpful since we needed to work a bit. Tibor was super helpful and communicative throughout and provided great recommendations. Although it’s on a semi-busy street, you can’t hear any of the traffic noise with the windows closed and there were great blackout curtains which was helpful because the sun rises really in the summer. We were in Budapest for a week and it was easy to walk or take public transportation wherever we wanted to go. There are a ton of great restaurants within easy walking distance and you can get to several ruin bars in 5-10minutes of walking. We would highly recommend it and would stay again. As others have noted, the building entryway and stairs could use some paint and maintenance, but the apartment itself is very modern and well main

Really loved the spot of Julian & Sophie. The view is amazing. Reality is even better than the pictures. I can recommend this spot if you look for a quiet spot in the green. There is a real nice coffee spot 2 mins walk away called Magenta.

Szilvia is a great hostess. helpful, nice and friendly. The accommodation was just right for 12 people (JGA). Szilvia even arranged for the transfer to and from the airport and part of our group was allowed to stay longer than planned because the plane left later. Thank you Szilvia for everything!

The place is amazing and very quiet, with the convenience of on-site parking and easy entry. A real highlight is the small back garden with a terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors. While one of the beds squeaks a little, it's a minor issue.

The host is very friendly and helpful. The house looks even better live than in the pictures. We felt really good, relaxed, we had all the comfort we needed and moore. The price it’s really correct, I would say even that you get moore than what you pay for. We felt ourselves like home, really warm place and for us this is very important. So in 3 words: « We love ❤️ it » Thank you very much for the nice and warm feeling that you gave us when receiving us as well as during our stay.

Great accommodation and charming hosts! This place is perfect for families with children - very clean, furniture and amenities in perfect condition, there are all amenities for small children and toys. My children immediately started playing in the yard (swings and trampoline) upon arrival. The stairs to the second floor are wide and comfortable, my 3-year-old child safely descended and ascended independently. The hosts were very kind and helped to resolve all issues. We will be happy to come back here if we have the chance.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was always in touch and responded quickly to any questions we had during check-in and our stay. He also took the time to tell us about the house and its interior, which was both interesting and helpful. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and stable, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. One of the highlights was the barbecue — we mentioned we wanted to cook outside, and the host kindly provided his personal grill along with everything we needed (charcoal, a gas lighter, and more). It made us feel truly at home, like we were visiting an old friend. The house is located right next to a forest, so you may occasionally notice insects around. However, the host pays great attention to cleanliness and comfort, so we were barely bothered by them during our stay. Thank you again for your hospitality and for such a cozy and welcoming place. We’d love to come back again!

Opera Station is close and the location is good. The accommodation is very clean.

The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need, very centrally located and yet quiet in the backyard. It corresponds exactly to the pictures and the description. We felt very comfortable and welcome right away, not least because of the nice gestures, such as chocolate, water and coffee capsules. The parking lot in the courtyard is also very positive to mention. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Amazing! We had a wonderful stay. The airbnb was in a great location and had everything we could need. Communication was great and she was very accommodating. We were able to store our bags after checkout which was very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice apartment, close to the Budapest zoo ( 20-30 min. walk) and Margaret Island (30 min.). We stay 3 nights with 2 small kids and everything was great.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartmen. The location couldn’t have been better — just a few steps from the supermarket and with the beautiful Castle District right on your doorstep. It was so convenient to explore the area and get everything we needed without having to travel far. The apartment itself was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy living space, it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making it feel like a home away from home. The hosts were amazing — super proactive, friendly, and always available if we had any questions or needed anything. Their communication made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the area — we’d definitely stay again!
