Looking directly across at the Iconic Turner Art gallery & the sea the apartment is ideally positioned for access to the many shops, bars & eateries within Margate. Both Dreamland & the Train station are also only a short walk away. The apartment is above our retail shop Papillon Interiors & has been thoughtfully furnished with many items that we sell.

Beautiful flat with six sea facing floor to ceiling windows. This is a Grade II-listed building with a rare outlook over gardens and out to sea. However, the facade and railing are in need of TLC. Don't be put off by the shabby exterior. Works are being slowly undertaken to renew the outside but this all takes time. The flat is not suitable for toddlers and young children as the windows open to the floor.
