Located in the town of Arsac, in the heart of the Margaux appellation and its legendary wines, you will enjoy a quiet, green and unoverlooked environment. You can take the start of walks in the forest to visit the most beautiful gravel pits in the region located a few minutes away and access the ocean beaches 45 minutes away. Come and relax in this peaceful haven of peace, located in the heart of the most famous châteaux of the Margaux vineyards, including Château d'Issan 400 m away and Château Kirwan 500 m away. The beautiful beaches of Médoc, including Lacanau, are less than 50 km away. It is located on the road to the castles, close to MARGAUX, and its classified great vintages. It consists of a pleasant 20 m² room offering all the necessary comforts (kitchenette, living room, large 160 bed, shower room and toilet, linen provided). You will have the opportunity to enjoy a private terrace of 50 m², (with jacuzzi) and a private entrance.

Come and stay in the Mazerolle treehouse. Not far from an old stone wall, from which it takes its name because Mazerolle in Occitan means ruined stone wall, this tree house is inside the Benauges woods on a hill at 120 m altitude. Perched 7 meters high, it will seduce you with its stunning views of the surrounding oak and pine treetops. Accessible by a staircase, it can accommodate 4 people.
