Bienvenue dans notre charmant appartement, situé dans notre propriété . Le logement est neuf et cosy, il peut accueillir jusqu’à 5 voyageurs. Pour votre confort vous trouverez le nécessaire de première nécessité et une TV connectée avec Netflix, une terrasse avec table extérieure. Nous avons 3 chèvres et un poney qui vivent à quelques mètres de la maison, c’est pourquoi nous n’acceptons pas vos animaux. Notre maison d'hôte s'appelle : la ferme saint pierre Drôme. Il y a votre gite et 2 suites de 50 m2. C'est situé dans l'ancienne ferme magnifique du 18e siecle. Votre gîte de 50m2, est complètement autonome ; Vous disposez aussi d'un espace sous une tonnelle pour déjeuner dehors. La piscine vous est accessible, dans un magnifique jardin avec vue sur le Vercors. Des ballades à pieds en sortant et sur le Vercors à 10 mn. Centre village à quelques minutes et gare tgv à 15mn.

The cottage is an outbuilding of the house. Renovated in September 2019, you can enjoy the garden, pool (subject to authorization and deposit) and a crazy view. From the peaks of the Ardèche to the foothills of the Vercors... All facing south!!!! The cottage is online on several rental platforms and classified ad sites, the calendar is always up to date. Attention: No WIFI, but 5G is available!! June 2025: A bioclimatic pergola has just arrived!! NO PARTIES!
