A nice newer family-friendly year-round cottage in the woods - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.

Our home is nestled in the front row by the sea with a breathtaking panoramic view. Built in 2023, with two restrooms, a large open kitchen and living room, and four bedrooms plus an annex with an additional bedroom, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax. Enjoy the outdoor bathtub and sauna (wood) or try out the outdoor Shelter. Our spacious home also includes a huge garden with soccer goals, trampoline, and play area for the kids and outdoor eating areas with BBQ. Perfect year-round!

All rooms are with good continental beds. Large bathroom with sauna and spa.

Slap af med hele familien i dette hyggelige feriehus. Boligen ligger på vandsiden i rolige omgivelser på lukket vej. Der er ca. 300 meter til stranden som er meget børnevenlig og naturrig. Trænger du til ro og en afslappende ferie er dette et besøg værd. Der er kort afstand til byen, hvor man finder et fint udvalg af indkøbs muligheder, butikker, cafeér, havnemiljø og restauranter samt en af Nordjyllands bedste badestrande.
