The space met our needs. Spacious and well located apartment. Viviane was very proactive and facilitating at all times.

D. Nadir is a person's charm, it was very helpful and helpful while hosting. We had an intercurrence with the shower, but she promptly resolved the issue. The place is simple, but it has met our needs (bed and bath). It is close to the historic center, so we were able to do everything on foot (10 to 20 minute walks). The street is no exit, and therefore very quiet. The neighborhood is quite safe to walk back at night. The town is very damp and cold, so I recommend taking clothes and, if possible, an extra blanket. Only I do not indicate the location for people with mobility issues, due to the stairs and the hikes on the hills to reach the historic center.

Cozy place that brings the great energy of the couple. Simple space with everything you need to rest after walking the slopes of Ouro Preto.

We had excellent service from Wederson, always very helpful and attentive! The structure of the house was great — everything was very clean and organized, with super comfortable beds that ensured great nights of sleep. The location is a bit far from the center, but it is possible to get around easily by taxi or bus. We chose not to use the car, as the local traffic and the difficulty of parking made it less practical. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. We recommend it!

It was a great choice!! The house has a beautiful view, is close to the Praça tiradentes and right next to the viewpoint of São Sebastião (incredible). The road has a very steep road and narrow streets (but we are in OP, right?)… The house has everything you need, bedding, bath and utensils, which makes your luggage easier. Overall I went in and out very satisfied!!

Patricia's Colonial House was exactly like the photos, very beautiful, especially for those who like the style. Great location, 15-minute walk from Tiradentes Square/Historic Center. Practically no hills on the way (which is great when talking about Ouro Preto). About Patricia, she was a great host. Super helpful, answered all our questions, gave several suggestions. We talked a lot too. I would certainly return to the Colonial House at the next opportunity.

We were made to feel very welcome by Serena and the Family. Extremely relaxed in all. We had a small problem with the water and were super concerned about us and promptly resolved. The house was very clean and smelling, very well organized, all the bed linen and towel very clean and still left a mime for us. It is a very familiar and quiet environment, perfect for those who want to leave the muvulca of the historical center and relax. We will definitely return at other times!!

Firstly, I would like to point out that, despite being cosmopolitan and having the title of world heritage, Ouro Preto lacks a restructuring in the hospitality sector, with emphasis on the cost-benefit aspect. That said, the house is great, new, clean, comfortable, with balconies whose views allow an immersion in the historic center and comfortable beds with all the linens. It has easy access to several tourist itineraries on foot (churches, squares, museums, ateliers, restaurants, UFOP convention center, etc.). The photos of the listing correspond to reality. As unfavorable aspects, I mention the unavailability of channels on the TVs (which I did not miss, but frustrated the expectation) and the entrance to the garage, which, in fact, is very complicated because of the width and unevenness of the street. However, in relation to the garage, if the guest requests, the host provides a space at the gas station that is a few meters from the property. Anyway, I highly recommend it.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful host, made us feel very comfortable with tips and observations both about the place and the city! If you are going to the OP, especially in large numbers, you can stay in this house without fear of being happy!!

Our stay was great. The house is exactly as shown in the photos and very well located. We did everything on foot. Rodolfo always responds quickly, and Mr. Geraldo, who received us, is wonderful. Very kind and helpful.
